Description of Work: They installed a new disposal in a kitchen sink and fixed a plumbing issue. Install a new water shutoff valve for a washer and dryer. They were needed again the next day to install a vent for a New dishwasher that the installer's didn't mention. This vent had to be installed before the dishwasher could be installed. This required a immediate reschedule to get the plumber to return. I scheduled the first visit but was not there to deal directly with them. But my older sister said that they were very nice and professional. Over all they fixed a water leak, installed a new disposal and installed a vent for a new dishwasher. All went well no problems.

Description of Work: Fixed leaky faucet.

Description of Work: Replaced garbage disposal (old one was shot and leaking), with a newer, quieter model, and also did tile grout repair in my bathroom shower and around tub.

Description of Work: Jose, the plumber for Patterson, was prompt and worked very cleanly. He replaced a kitchen faucet that we had purchased. He told us exactly what he was going to do and followed the plan. He was very efficient. The scheduling and estimate was exactly as promised by Ivan, the owner.

Description of Work: Over two visits, installed new kitchen faucet and bathroom shower fixtures. Tried to route our new washing machine hose to accommodate the drain hose from the a/c unit, but was not able to find connector parts to satisfactorily complete. Plumber was going to contact owner and get back to me, but never did. We've just accepted that unless we do a major remodel it will not be fixed.

Description of Work: Thanks to joining Angie's List, my wife and I finally found a plumber that we could trust. Ivan came right on time and proceeded to analyze a problem we've been having a long time with one of our toilets. We paid to have a fixed with another plumber 2 years ago but that unfortunately didn't happen. Once we told Ivan what was the problem he was very confident what was the cause. One part of the resolution was to replace the toilet, as it had been there for years and then repair the worn out gasket. He was willing to go get the toilet and once back, he replaced and fixed the gasket in minutes. We appreciated the fact that he gave us multiple choices of toilets and manufacturers plus the pros and cons of each. The one we chose was our decision based upon his input. What we found finally was a professional who knows how to treat a customer. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
