They provide excellent service. They have great tech support. You don't have to leave your computer on all the time either and the quality of service is great. It is very easy to use as well. Plus the cost is less than $4 a month, including long distance.

Great service. One issue with out of service message resolved quickly.

Switched from Vontage at $39/month to OOMA at 3.60/month. There is an one time charge for the box (about $149) it is placed between the internet modem and the PC (or router if you have one.) It was a snap to install and there are detailed instructions and well as phone support. All US calls are free. If you want international you prepay (I understand it is very reasonable but I have no firsthand knowledge.) We have been using it for over 6 months and it is crystal clear and never a problem. (Of course if the internet is down so is your phone service.) If you are paying more for a land line try this one, you will not be disappointed.

I use Ooma telephone services. It requires an internet connection to use. It is easy to set up. I paid around $127 up front and they charge $4-5 per month. I take the Ooma with me to different states and have the same number. It sounds great and I hear people clearly. The only thing is, sometimes there is a tiny echo, but it does not interfere.

It's a voice over internet protocol and I had it for probably around seven years now and I had it before the federal government knew how to tax it. They have subsequently now learned how to text it so they now charge $19 a year. But they can't tax me before they knew how they tax it to they can't retroactively go back and tax me so I'm not being charged anything. The connection is very good and I never got any calls disconnected. It's got anything you want in telephone toys but I never had any need for them so I never bought them.

Their service has been excellent. One has to buy the equipment paying an upfront fee. The equipment is an answering machine that is plugged into the modem like a base station. The call quality is fantastic, excellent. They have a good product. It is reliable and fast as the internet connection is. It is not like the previous versions of the internet based phone service. They have a web based interface where we go online and get in touch with their customer service; it is pretty simple.

They charge a yearly fee of $90 and then we pay around $3.57 per month. The price is real good. There is a 1 or 2 second delay when we are talking; other than that I really like them.

It's a device that I bought online, you plug it into your modem and landline. It's a one time charge of $130 for the device and then you don't have to pay for a land line again. I talk on the phone using the internet. I saw it online. I also bought it for 2 family members because I liked it so much. You can buy it from a variety of places, not just online. I haven't had any problems at all with the service. If my internet is down then it goes down, too but it rarely goes down. It's national and long distance for free. I bought one for my mom, too. It pays for itself in just over 5 months.

The service is internet based and the cheapest service that I have found. I am paying for their premier service which has more add on services available. I did purchased the control box up front that you plug the internet into and also has the voice mail retrieval available on it. It is unreal what phone options you can control from their online site, I am very pleased with it. The only service I do not have is conventional 911 service. You can dial 911 but you do not get routed to the normal 911 system from the landline. If you keep your current address up to date with Ooma they do know where you are at. I can also use cordless phones with this unit. This service is amazing. I was also able to port my own number over from my previous landline service provider.

I can make unlimited phone calls for the price that I pay. Their service has been good so far. With the quality of the phone call, sometimes there is beep which I can hear, and that’s the only issue I’ve has with them. I would use them again in the future.

They offer voice to text service. I have been able to get end my relationship with my old phone company. It offers free calling any where in the country. They have different packages available. This has saved me a lot of money with long distance calls.
