The team did a great job, finished in 5 days, strengthened the roof above 1240 sq-ft, and installed new gutters & downspouts.

The project manager, Sam, is very responsive. He arranged his crew and completed the reroofing project in 5 days. He also scheduled time for me to inspect the finished new roof with him. Overall, they completed the project well with good quality, and on time as promised.

I discovered a small leak in our garage roof. Lifetime Roofing was quick to send a tech to look at the problem. They discovered that the problem was with one of the vents in the roof and not the roof and apply a fix. Hope it works, but the service was quick, honest and communication was great. Thank you Tony!

My project manager Greg was incredible. He was responsive, professional, communicative, and visited my house every day to make sure the work was done correctly. The company expedited the roof work, used quality materials and did not leave a mess. They started the work as agreed and they stayed through the entire project and completed it on time.

Tony was the project manager for our home and his motto is to take care of our house like it is his own home. I felt like he kept that promise. There were more work to be done on our roof than originally stated in the contract but Tony took care of us. His communication was on point and quick. Dylon was extremely professional. Very clear, offered exactly what I needed and the correct price. His crew started immediately and completed everything in a few days. His crew cleaned up afterward and offered if there was more they could do. We are very happy with lifetime roofing and very happy with Dylon wh oil put oil t all toget6 for us.

Paulo was the project manager and he did a really good job organizing everything from start to finish, he also did some extra work as needed along the way. He even called back afterwards to make sure everything was ok.

We had a partially flat roof that had a known issue with a leak where it met a vertical wall. On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the cityâ s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price.
