In a time when climate change has caused widespread damage and roofers are overwhelmed Lifetime Roofing responded within a few minutes and presented a viable solution that was completed within a week.

My project was started immediately and completed earlier than expected. I appreciated Dylan and Jose's time and effort in accommodating a plan that worked with by budget as well as working around my busy schedule.

We decided it was time to get solar panels on our roof but prior to that we wanted to be sure our roof was good to go after 26 years. We contracted with Lifetime Roofing after contacting a number of roofing companies. They were the lowest priced. The Positive: Lifetime explained in detail the work they would be doing when installing the roof. They were Owens-Corning certified as were the other roofers we contacted. They were able to start the job within a week of our signing the contract. The construction crew was on time, courteous and completed the roof in the time they said they would. Andrea, the project manager, was present through the whole process and was always reachable if we had questions, accessible, and staid in contact with us through the whole process. He was personable and we felt we could ask him anything. The roof quality is superb. The solar installation team said it was a very well installed roof. The Not So Good: Our roof was in worse shape than we, or they, knew. Once the old shingles were removed, it was obvious that the plywood underneath had warp and was not in great shape. We were ok with this as we knew that the previous roofers were not the best. However, the additional cost for that work was more than we thought reasonable. And although they explained why, due to supply chain issues, we never could completely understand the increased cost. For their part they did lower the estimate, even though at that point, the roof was off and we really couldn't stop the work. We had a misunderstanding about the roof insulation. The insulation was not what we expected, though we had never confirmed it completely with them. Andrea heard our concerns and had an additional team come out to address them. We were pleased in the end. In all, I would highly recommend Andrea and Lifetime Roofing. Though we had some issues, they did a great job and worked with us to meet our expectations.

Lifetime Roofing & Renovation was a life saver, Andre(project lead) of Lifetime Roofing and his crew(Steve(project mgr), Willy(crew lead) & Team) delivered with the highest quality and transparency on each stage of the process,...start-to-finish. I could not have been more happy and lucky enough to have found Lifetime Roofing to do our roof(complete roof replacement and gutters). Andre(& entire team) in particular was amazing in his communications and follow-through on what he said each day which is very unique in this day in age. I could really sense Andre and Steve & Team really did care about the quality of work on my home and in particular cared that I was happy each phase in the project as it was in motion as each phase moved to completion they kept up open-communications. In addition they moved really efficiently and had completed job as promised in just a few days which amazed me on both the quality of job in conjunction with the efficiency in which it was completed. I felt very secure and didn't worry so didn't have to take my time to oversee and if I did have a question here or there they did everything to ensure they answered my question and that I was happy...even doing periodic check-ins without me asking for them...asking how I liked work so far and explained what was goal each day as they described next step! The entire experience in working with Lifetime Roofing was fantastic from estimate to contract(they were very honest and easy to work with in this area and kept to original contract with no surprises) to performing job! I give Lifetime Roofing five stars and highly recommend them to others looking to get the highest quality roofing company experience that gets results you will be happy with I'm certain!

April 19th to June 4th Roof Still Leaks, Not Fixed or Repaired. Since April 19th, Hired Lifetime Roofing and Renovation in LA to fix a minor leak. Asked Brad to revise the project timeframe, 1 month for a minor leak? May 1, the Day of installation, no show and no notice (roughly two weeks waited to get on the schedule) Had to send Project Manager Levon several texts to get a new install date. Asked for photos before and after May 5, installed white shingles on a black room Called Project Manager Levon and he claimed shingles are not going to match exactly as the old ones fade so would not fix. I had to call the corporate office several times and send photos and Nick finally called me back and said we will give you $100 off and I said no. Nick said yes, this is bad and they would come and install black shingles and give me $100 off as he did not see the photos. May 22 installs the black shingles without scheduling so the tenants were disturbed as they work at home May 23 roof leaks from tenant  May 23, 2023, James 10:35 AM Hello Laura, it is Will Stonebridge. Wanted to let you know that the hole in the ceiling started leaking again at 2 am last night. I put a towel under where the leak was. Hopefully, the repair guy can fix that today. Since May 23rd texted and called the project manager, Levon every 2-3 days to fix the leak Finally, I called the corporate office 4 times and I was told Debra, the supervisor would call me back.  No callback. Nick called back and told me it must be another leak and I need to pay for the entire roof to be fixed.  I showed him photos of the same leak. Still no call back from the corporate office June 4th, Greg, who said he is the San Jose Company owner and flew down just for this meeting, came to the home. (Not the owner/did not fly down for SJ, looked it up). He did not confirm the meeting until June 4th at noon so he did not fly down for the meeting. Greg met with me the homeowner and tenants Will and Austin (engineers). We showed him the leak and the open seams under the valley flashing that is directing water from two roofs to the seams. Greg did not believe my tenant even with water stains so we did a water test to cause more damage. Same leak as before the repairs were determined. Greg left and said he would not fix it. Please resolve and I will remove the reviews and claim against your contractors license.

They missed a major leak in their inspection. I had to hire another roofer to repair it.

Reasonable price and fast work.

They were so good and professional. During the work, rain came hard….they got hard too! They repaired the damage in a timely manner, calling other professionals to help them. They were super friendly and I would recommend them highly.

Great experience from start to end.

DO NOT DO IT!! Without my knowledge or consent lifetime set up bank loan in my name and charged $37,000!!!!!!!!!! On 2/3/23 Prior to work being completed and prior to evaluation of roof leak. I did not know they did until March when I got $37,000 charge plus loan fee and over credit limit. As of 4/1/23 work remains incomplete. I returned home after being gone a few days end of February. Roof tiles were replaced with old recycled garbage, Nails missing. Half hammered in. Falling off broken. TILES WERE REMOVED AND REVEALED H O R RI F I C WORKMANSHIP. I TOLD THEM TO STOP. THE KID THEY SENT UP THERE DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. CONTRACTUALLY THEY SAID NO SUB CONTRACTORS, they would tarp work area they did not. Nail heads etc in turf, damage to house stucco, etc. Solar inoperable not reconnected for Months, Areas left open to storm damage. It was determined

We had some minor roof damage from a recent storm. Project manager Andre visited a couple of days after my call along with his associate Jay. They pointed out that there was underlying damage and some rotted eaves. They also inspected the complete roof and found other minor damage. I accepted their quote and the job was finished within days. The storm-damaged area looks as good as new. Overall communication was excellent. They took lots of pictures to help with my insurance claim. I'm very pleased.

Denio was extremely knowledgable and explained everything in detail. He outlined each step of the process and I felt that my roofing job was in good hands. The flat concrete tile looks exactly as I thought it would and I am very happy with results.

They were able to accommodate us super fast after the heavy rains and have a 20 year warranty!

Excellent explanation of materials, scope of work, and work schedule. Excellent at keeping the site tidy and cleaned up, especially upon completion. Met schedule. The tile capping on the roof was not as tidyly done as the previous provider many years ago. Drone views of the work were very helpful.

very responsive always on time. Very pleasant to work with. I needed help when they were busy and they found a way to make that happen in order to keep my roof from leaking further I highly recommend them.

We still have some unresolved issues - Iâ  d like to see these fixed before I rate this roofer: Parts of our wrought iron fence that were broken off when a ladder fell on it. A brass lamp in the kitchen fell from the ceiling and was damaged. The gutter on the side of our house partially fell off, must have been detached by the roofers. Now there is a leak from the gutter that hits the side of our house at a window, which will cause more damage if the gutter isnâ  t repaired.

Good and fast

This was a large tile reset job for a Tesla solar system. The company was very fast to get started were very thoughtful and thorough. The work was completed in three days. Unlike 99% if customers, i was on the roof multiple times and witnessed their work. I have a high regard for the crew and would rehire them in a heartbeat. Price was fair. Recommend

Denio was the project Manger from lifetime roofing. He came out inspected the roof throughly and gave a me the right price. But the supervisor/owener was a gem. He got approved for a loan that no one else was able too. He was very professional and respectful. Ask for the danny he will take care of any concern you have. The job was messy, but they did an amazing job cleaning up and getting it done. For those looking for a roof I recommend lifetime roof and renovation. Thank you denio and mostly thank you Danny for your professionalism and Thank your guys as well
