Excellent explanation of materials, scope of work, and work schedule. Excellent at keeping the site tidy and cleaned up, especially upon completion. Met schedule. The tile capping on the roof was not as tidyly done as the previous provider many years ago. Drone views of the work were very helpful.

very responsive always on time. Very pleasant to work with. I needed help when they were busy and they found a way to make that happen in order to keep my roof from leaking further I highly recommend them.

We still have some unresolved issues - Iâ  d like to see these fixed before I rate this roofer: Parts of our wrought iron fence that were broken off when a ladder fell on it. A brass lamp in the kitchen fell from the ceiling and was damaged. The gutter on the side of our house partially fell off, must have been detached by the roofers. Now there is a leak from the gutter that hits the side of our house at a window, which will cause more damage if the gutter isnâ  t repaired.

This was a large tile reset job for a Tesla solar system. The company was very fast to get started were very thoughtful and thorough. The work was completed in three days. Unlike 99% if customers, i was on the roof multiple times and witnessed their work. I have a high regard for the crew and would rehire them in a heartbeat. Price was fair. Recommend

Denio was the project Manger from lifetime roofing. He came out inspected the roof throughly and gave a me the right price. But the supervisor/owener was a gem. He got approved for a loan that no one else was able too. He was very professional and respectful. Ask for the danny he will take care of any concern you have. The job was messy, but they did an amazing job cleaning up and getting it done. For those looking for a roof I recommend lifetime roof and renovation. This company was amazing. They bent over backwards and turned on a dime. They were honest, affordable, on time and fast. Alan H. was amazing and helpful. He made sure everything we wanted was done and we only had to tell him once. This company was a breath of fresh air after talking to so many other roofing companies. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any one. We plan on using them again for another project.

I recently bought a house in Cupertino and needed some roof repair. During the inspection they pointed out more than I thought. My friend recommended me this roofing company and they did an amazing job. Danny and Jose were very nice, they had great communication. Even though it was the highest bid, they did quality work. I will definitely contact them for any future needs.

They lie to make you feel good to sign. make sure everything is done before moving to the next step and pay the next installment. go over everything carefully because once you give them the check they do not want to return for fixes or repairs only give the last check after the inspection passes. Nothing promised was corrected without a fight with them to fix it as agreed.

I really enjoyed working with the project manager who jumped threw hoops to get me an estimate that fit my budget. They showed up on time and completed the project as requested.

Jose and his crew did a great job replacing our 20+ y/o flat top roof located in the outer sunset of San Francisco. I got FIVE estimates. Lifetime Roofing was not only the lowest cost bid but one of the most professional. They showed up on time, walked me through the actual roofing process, explained the pricing breakdown, and are fully insured for every conceivable incident. It took about a month to start the work and the job itself took one week. The crew did a great job cleaning my home and the sounding area after each day.
