We had a very positive experience working with Tony and his team for our new roof. Everything was done as promised plus more than we expected which was highly appreciated! The work was done very professionally and exactly the day was promised to be started on. From the tear off, to the clean up process end of each day, to the workmanship, it was very amazing and everyone was very kind and easy to communicate with. We were very pleased with Lifetime Roofing and Renovation. They removed our tile roof and installed a beautiful shingle roof. The roofers were great, efficient, professional and nice. The foreman, Marcelo has the same qualities as the roofers. This is a great company! Marcelo is a great communicator also and was in contact with roofers and me during the progress.

We had a partially flat roof that had a known issue with a leak where it met a vertical wall. On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. I searched up a roofing company and lifetime roofing came up. They had great reviews so I called to set up an appointment for an inspection. From start to finish, lifetime roofing provided outstanding customer service and delivered everything as promised. Michael was my project manager and he did everything as he said he would. He really worked with me around my budget which was extremely helpful as I did not expect to get a new roof this year. Called to setup appointment to fix a water leak in my home. I talked to a company representative and she mention that the minimum charge for any work is $ 3100. That's very expensive for fixing a leak. I thought Angi verifies that the companies they recommend charge a fair price?

They were professional and on time. They didn't did what they promised. I was happy with the service but not very satisfied.
