Kelly's did a grat job at a very reasonable fee, and he provided all this service with a great smile. The formal quote was emailed to me within 20 minutes after he had provided me with an on site estimate. Kelly's is also family owned owned and fully licensed! In summary, I would highy recommend it as a highly professional outfit. It was a pleasure doing business with Kelly and his crew.

These guys were as close to perfect as it comes. They were on time for the estimate. They emailed the estimate to me within an hour and it was best price we got from any of the contractors who bid. They arrived for the job on time, were courteous, did the job quickly, and cleaned up completely. It doesn't get any better.

The experience was very good. Kelly made recommendations on several items when we came out to give an estimate. He called 2 days after the estimate to see if there were any questions. This personal call is what got our answers and prompted me to book the service. The crew was very polite, left the yard clean, and did great work. The B for punctuality was due to missing the first appointment -- there was a storm the night before and they got pulled off to deal with emergency tree services. Which is understandable - i would have given an A if we had of received a call about the schedule change earlier in the day. Overall: Very happy and will use them again.

Kelly's Stump helped us remove a unwanted tree from our front yard flower bed. They provide one of the lowest quote and did an excellent job. They were patient to answer our questions (we have many question since this is the first time we ever employed such services). The job site was fairly clean. We would definitely employ them again, if needed

The estimate process was very smooth. It was broken down into different chunks so we could decide how much work we wanted done. For example, we decided to keep the bird of paradise instead of having that removed at the same time. The only challenge we had was that the crew didn't arrive as planned, but a call was all it took to have the crew stop the job they were on that was taking longer in order to complete my work on the agreed-upon day. The crew was very meticulous and took the tree down without damaging either the bird of paradise or the nearby pergola. They also did a great job grinding out the stump while leaving the bird of paradise happy. They were also quite neat and cleaned up nicely afterwards. It was a very positive experience.

Everything went well. They did what they were supposed to do.

I did not hire Kelly's because I used another company on Angies List which was higly rated and quoted a lower price than Kelly's. I have used Kelly's a couple times in the past and highly recommend them.

They did a fantastic job removing the trees, taking care not to damage our irrigation system or disturb the power lines that ran through the branches of the pepper tree. The first time they came out, they were able to do the work while we were away during the day and billed us later. This was hugely convenient for us not to have to take time off work. They also did a great job prepping the ground where the stumps were, so that we could plant a newer tree right away. Great work overall!

Kelly came by on Wed the week before, assessed what needed to be done, and showed us that the tree removers who had come the week prior had actually left a dead tree which also needed to be removed. The estimate he gave us was incredibly reasonable for the work described. His team arrived three business days later to do the work. They were ultra professional, super fast, and left my yard looking way better than how they found it. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

We had 2 especially large ones from dead bushes in a planter box close to the house. The other person that bid said we would have to rip up our concrete to do it, but Kelly's team was able to remove both of them with no damage to the house or concrete. His bid was also half of the other person. The team that came was on time, polite and did a great job, they definitely wanted to make sure that I was happy with the work before they left. One of the guys even noticed a large tree root we had in the middle of our yard and ground it down on his way out of our back gate for free. We need some more tree work done this fall and I will be calling this company again. They were great.

I called Kelly's service on Friday. By Saturday Kelly was on-the-scene to assess the project and provide an estimate. The following Monday, Kelly's team completely removed the trees and bushes. I was really amazed. I believe Kelly's price was very fair considering the amount of stuff to be removed and hauled away. Kelly impressed me as having good knowledge of tree removal as well as tree care for trees that remain. After having myself "double-dug" the flower beds that are in the space formerly occupied by the sick trees I can see how completely the roots have been removed. I whole-heartedly endorse Kelly as a reliable, high-quality and very reasonable tree-removal. I have recommended him personally to many of my friends.

We originally called this company for a quote. It was reasonable but went with a cheaper company to get a tree removed. Several months later in the middle of construction, we found out that the other company didn't grind down the stump very well. In a panic I called Kelly Tree Service. They were friendly and very eager to help. Within an hour they came out to my house and ground out the rest of the stump. When it came time to pay, I knew it would be expensive. To my surprise it was only $100.00!!!! I love them!!! They have our business from now on. ( I also called another company on Angie's list who was very nice but couldn't get out here for a week, they suggested I call Kelly's Tree Service too!)

Very responsive on the phone, came out to quote and potentially do the work. The stumps had been hidden under bushes by the previous owners, and been left for around five years so their machine made short work of it! We elected to keep the chips, etc. and use them for mulch. They diligently cleaned up afterwards and were professional throughout. The only downside is the $250 cost for less than an hour's work. Although our 10% discount dropped this to $225, and it would have taken me forever to do it by hand, it did seem a little steep! However, we'd definitely use them again.

They were great. I don't remember the price but whatever it was, it was reasonable for the work done. The work was done quickly. He was pleasant to deal with. It was great.

It went very well. They showed up on time and completed everything in the same day. They cleaned up to the point that I would not have known that they were there at all.

Work was done promptly, and professionally. They cut down the cypress trees, then removed the stumps leaving sufficiently large holes to plant new trees. They cleaned up, removed all treewood, brush and debris.

Great experience - estimate was competitive, work was scheduled for 1-2 days after the estimate. Two guys worked in the rain all day on our yard.

I found Kelly's on Angieslist, called, and Kelly came out the next day to give an estimate. He arrived promptly for the estimate and his bid was reasonable, so we set up a date at our convenience for him to do the work. The day of the scheduled work, Kelly and his helper arrived promptly. There were several obstacles that Kelly had to work around: the palm was in a tricky place, surrounded by other plants that we wanted to keep; there were drip lines and low-voltage electrical lines (for landscape lighting) running through the area where all the work was done; some of the shrubs were right next to a fence. Kelly worked very carefully to avoid all of these obstacles, doing some of the work by hand which required more effort. Kelly and his helper worked quickly and left the area completely neat and clean. I'm really pleased and would definitely hire Kelly again.

Kelly and team were awesome! They were accommodating to my schedule, came and provided an estimate and returned to do the work when I was at work. They went above and beyond in cleaning up and sent me a bill afterwards. Great experience!

Kelly's Stump Removal removed a large bush, two citrus trees and three other stumps in our backyard. They ground down the stumps and hauled away the debris. A good job since none of them have sprouted back since!

There were 3 people doing the work. I was very pleased with the work they did. I thought that it went very smoothly. The workers seemed very concerned about not damaging any part of my yard. I thought that was very nice. The price was right as well. I would use them again.

Never actually met them. I made the arrangements over the phone; they came and gave and estimate and did the work when I wasn't there (contacting me by phone). Very efficient and seemed (as best I can tell) to have done a very good job. I was worried that working so closely to the house, they might damage it but they didn't. Was quite pleased with their work.

The job was done well and the foreman and workers were professional. We needed the stumps ground in order to begin excavating our foundation. We had originally hired a different stump grinding contractor, but at the last minute he decided the job was too difficult for him. Our excavator was waiting to start, so we needed someone to step in quickly. I called Kelly on a Friday and he managed to get his crew out Monday with three grinders to handle the different needs at the site. They were an hour late, but worked hard the entire day. Kelly was a little edgy, but he could have just had a tough week, and this probably was an added bit of pressure, too. He helped us out on very short notice; I was fairly amazed that he pulled this together for us. Our neighbor commented how nicely they cleaned up his property afterward (several stumps were on our property line with the neighbor, and they cleaned all the mulch off our neighbor's property). I definitely recommend them.
