The project went well. We are very pleased with the new fence at the front of the house. Javier was helpful when he came to survey the existing fence and to give suggestions on the types of lumber and sizes of the horizontal board available. We discussed the details to the split front gates and the side gate and how I would like to have them done. He was willing to spend the time to understand the customer's needs before providing an accurate quote. Javier was not the least expensive quote I received. After reading his reviews from his other customers on the quality of his workmanship, I decided to go with him. Javier and his crew came early daily around 8AM and worked until about 5PM. The entire project took about 5 days. During this time, he was happy to explain to me what he was doing every time I went out to see how work is progressing. My house is on a hill and is on a corner lot, so the fence has to wrap around the corner at the highest point of the street. He consulted with me before proceeding on how best to accommodate the uneven landscape. He was very professional and patient. I enjoyed working with Javier on this project and would hire him again on other works in the future. Thanks Javier!

Javier and his brother did a great job with our challenging fence project which many other contractors shied away from. Part of the fence had to be almost 8 ft tall due to level differences between the lots, while the rest of it was in hard-to-access hillside. Javier was very flexible in accommodating our requests, and did everything exactly as discussed. They showed up on time, finished on time, there were no delays, no unexpected costs. They did not cut corners, they took the time to do a high quality job. Examples of technical details that we appreciated: they did not use fence post mix but premixed the concrete with water on site, used screws everywhere instead of nails. We are very happy with the fence and would definitely hire him again.

Javier did a fantastic job with our deck project. We had structural issues with our deck so Javier had to come up with solutions to shore up the foundation before new Trex decking could be laid. The final result was a beautiful deck that exceeded my expectations. Javier was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable in deck construction. He is very communicative, kept me updated on progress. Javier is trustworthy and displayed honesty throughout the process. He finished on time and on budget. I will definitely use him again and would wholeheartedly refer him to others.

Our bathroom remodel looks great! We wanted an upgrade without redoing everything, and Javier made it happen, and stayed within our budget. He was very professional, and showed up on time everyday we has scheduled. He always kept us in the loop and there were no surprises. Javier came when he said he would and did a great job reinforcing our failing fence posts. He took the trouble to shape the concrete in the post holes to drain water away from the post. He worked a very long day to get the job done in one day. Pricing was reasonable. Would definitely hire him again.
