They had a nice selection and the prices are competitive. They had a sale going on and that too benefited me. I also bought a barbecue grill that they had on sale, but I had to go to four different Home Depot branches in order to find it. The nice thing was that the personnel in the second Home Depot that I visited called three other Home Depot branches till they located the item and reserved it for me. They were very nice and cooperative. My overall experience with them has been excellent and I will use their services in the future.

Overall the experience was good. I would give them an A overall because we can always find the items we need to buy, they have pretty much everything in their store we need & the customer service is also very good. I would use them again in the future.

Our customer service rep was very knowledgeable and patient with us. We have a very small kitchen with lots of design challenges (multiple doors, a large range, a giant fridge, ceiling beams, etc.). We had to go back and work on the design 3 times. Each time our rep was happy to meet with us and help us create the best possible design. We chose Craftmaid cabinets. They arrived on time, 2 items were ordered incorrectly and our rep fixed it quickly. My only complaint was that the specialty finish we opted for was very inconsistent and in our small kitchen it's really noticeable. The overall quality is great and we're really happy with the result.

It went realy well. They came and they did an estimate. They ordered the windows, which took a while for them to get. It took them a day to install all of the new windows, including getting the windows up to code. They ordered the wrong sliding patio door and they were prompt in reordering the correct one and installing it for us. We have since asked them to come back and do more work for us.

The Home Depot is very reliable. They are very nice to deal with and prompt. They came when they said that they were going to come. The installation was good.

Time-consuming installation. Contractor had to come twice, and damaged a nearby air duct. Company has not been responsive in fixing the damage. The contractor later reimbursed me for the replacement of the heating duct that had been crushed.

I picked out the carpet at Home Depot. They came out and installed it for a twenty two by twenty foot room, and they did a real good job. It looks beautiful and the installers were professional, polite, showed up on time and I would recommend them.

They were good people they took the time to go through all options with me. I'm 86 years old and needed a little guidance. They were caring people who are very reasonably priced. It only took two visits to complete the job. They did most of the work on the first day and cleaned and finished up the next day. They were polite and the floor looked great. I was very pleased.

My first impression was great, but they subcontract all labor work out. We had a terrible experience. We contacted them with the problem area and they were reluctant to do anything. We ended up settling with them for a $500 refund. They did do the job in a timely fashion, but they did horrific work. There was a big bubble in the middle of floor when they were done. The edges of floor were cracked. It was very obvious to see, and really unprofessional work. Even though the work was subcontracted out it is still Home Depot's responsibility, since they choose who to hire.

This company did a terrible job installing the windows we purchased. The workforce was very inconsistent. The work they did was shabby. The fit of the window was bad. They tried to hurry and didn't install them correctly, and they didn't seal properly. They left insulation all over the place, except where it was supposed to be. We had to redo the work they did.

This company installed the door okay, but I felt their responsiveness was bad. It took forever for them to come out and install the door. They guy was ok. He called and rescheduled a bunch of times. He did a fair job of installing the door, but I wouldn't want him to come back for any other job.

We are really pleased with them. They did a real good job. They are efficient and outstanding. They were very professional. They were on time. I'd recommend them to anyone. We compared prices and their price was the best price. I would definitely use them again.

This company did a very good job installing my carpet. They did the job very quickly & our carpet looks great. The employees that came out were great. They were very nice. They were very respectable to us. I do not have any complaints with them.

This is a very good company. They are safety conscientious and great at directing you in what you need. They are polite and to the point. I had a pleasant experience every time they come to my house. They did the work in a timely fashion. I loved the finished product.

Home Depot did an excellent job installing my carpet. They provided great service in a efficient and professional manner. The quality of the job was excellent. I was pleased with the outcome, and I think they did wonderful. The price was very good also. I would definitely use them again if needed.

I was very pleased with the service they provided. There were minimal interruptions and they came in and did the job quickly. They did a good job. We were not unhappy at all. They were fast and the work was done in a couple of days. They used a crew of contractors and had competitive and reasonable pricing. The only bad thing I can think of is that they did leave nails all over the place.

My overall experience was very poor. The carpet they installed started to come loose and got wrinkles in it. I don't think they did a good job at all. The people that put in the carpet didn't stretch it good enough, and they were in a rush installing it. They didn't take the time to do the job right. The rooms they did will need to be re-done.
