Elephant Floors

I can't say enough good things about Elephant Floors. They removed carpet and parquet flooring and installed new hardwood floors in a large space (~1200 square feet) plus a flight of stairs, the entrance way and a closet. The wood is perfectly laid - seamlessly moving among three rooms with long lines. They kept the house really clean and neat, moving my furniture around, so I didn't have to move it. They did this start to finish in 4 days, my friends and neighbors are amazed - lots of excellent feedback..and this includes a contractor, who does this himself. Thank you Daniil, Hector and team, Bravo!

Have to totally give Daniil a definite thumbs up for his professionalism in explaining everything prior to me committing to Elephant Floors to do my flooring project. His job foreman, Hector and his crew were very conscious not to disturb household and was very careful in coming in and out of the house. I highly recommend Elephant Floors to anyone who needs professional flooring done right the first time.

Excellent experience with Daniil and his team led by Jorge. We had the whole place redone with engineered bamboo flooring and were living in the house for the duration. The team from Elephant Floors did a fantastic job with minimal disruptions to our lives. They were pleasant, punctual, and cleaned up the work area every evening. Elephant Floors did a nice job both finding the right material to match the existing floor and installing it. They were ready to accommodate our time schedule, and it took only about 2 weeks to get the materials and to get the job done. Well done!

We wanted to replace carpeting on the stairs and hallway with laminate and wanted a customer-service oriented company that would provide quality work. We chose Elephant Floors because of great past reviews, a fast estimate of the work to be performed, and responsiveness to all of my questions. Once we obtained the quote, Daniil of Elephant Floors was very helpful in also providing suggestions on styling, materials, and where to purchase materials at wholesale prices. The installation was promptly scheduled and the work was completed within the estimated timeframe. For the installation, our furniture was covered with plastic to protect it from dust which was a bonus that they took the extra effort which shows pride in their work. We were very pleased with the quality of work, attention to detail, and professionalism of the installer, Sam. Daniil was onsite at the beginning and completion of the work and ensured that everything was completed to our satisfaction. They cleaned everything up, inside and outside, at the completion of the job. The entire project was completed within a week which was great! Elephant Floors was a pleasure to do business with, and we would not hesitate to have them help us with future projects.

I have zero complain about these guys. Very honest and punctual team, worked around my heavy furniture, cleaned up good at the end of the day, most importantly, the project was done as scheduled and as promised.
