I went with them because they used a technology that doesn't leave carpets are only damp and they are dry about ten or twelve hours so it doesn't leave you with a saturated wet surface. I like their work so I whenever I need my coach done I have them do it as well.

There was an area in her bedroom that was really dark and that was because we were moving her out and moving all her furniture out and they went over it and over it and over it until they got it really clean and really worked I use then every year, I have been using them for probably twenty years

I've used them many times I liked them and I am about to call them again. They are really good very thorough they make sure they get everything done exactly right and they wear the booties on their shoes sot they don't walk in your house with shoes on very efficiency.

I have been using them for about 15 years. They came out about two weeks ago to take out one of the area carpets. I paid $131 for the job. They gave me a discount of 15% for cleaning the rug. They are very responsive and very good. I will use them again in the future.

Scott, Teri and the team did a really great job, we were very happy with. Our house was empty at the time and they arranged to do everything before we moved back. We got 4 different quotes and they were in the middle, but came across as the most professional. We had very old wood floors which were uneven, scratched and in poor shape - the results exceeded our expectations. Dust was minimal. They were also professional in their administration and follow up. My only niggle was they charged us $45 to move a refrigerator about 15 ft - which took me about 1 minute, when I had to move it back. Having said that they gave us 2 free movie tickets for giving f/b, which was a nice touch.

Their prices are reasonable, they do a good job, and I have also used them to clean my upholstery. I have found them to be very professional and have recommended them to many family members and friends.

They arrived on time and set up in my alley because it is closer to the work than the front curb. They started with my sofa and cleaned it thoroughly. The process for my carpet started with a heavy duty vacuuming, and then the machines. The areas of heavy use were given special treatment. I was pleased with how little time it took to dry the carpet--and this was a drizzly day.

I wasn’t happy with them and I wouldn’t hire them again. I wanted my carpeting cleaned and when I spoke with them on the phone they told me there were different levels of service. I wanted the one where I did all of the prep and cleanup ahead of time but when the guy showed up he started working without asking me what I wanted. He starting doing stuff I had already done and he told me that they always do that. He asked if I wanted Scotch Guard and when I asked if it would be sticky he assured me it would not. My entire carpeting was sticky and stiff afterwards. I was just generally unhappy especially because I specifically asked about something. I had to leave while they were there so they finished and when I came home they had already left. I decided that I didn’t want to take more time off of work so I just left it thinking it would go away after a few days. It was months before it stopped feeling all weird. They extracted the moisture out well. I thought the price was reasonable for what I thought I was going to get; it wasn’t a bargain but it wasn’t expensive either. I didn’t complain to them so I can’t judge them because I didn’t give them anything to respond to.

They are fabulous. They are a bit on the higher side, but they do a really good job. They are timely and careful. They complete the job in a reasonable amount of time. They always make sure that you are happy. So they make sure that they check everything before they leave. There is not much inconvenience when they come out since they are very good about moving things and then moving them back. They have never broken or ruined anything. They often send the same people. I like that a lot since they would be familiar with your home. I would use their services in the future too.

Even though I try to look around and see what else is out there, I keep coming back to them. I think they are super with both their business and with our home.

I wanted them to do just the pathways and staircase and they did not try to persuade me to do more. I had an Orin area rug as well and it was done extremely well. They gave me a package price for everything. The area rug hadn’t been cleaned in a while, it did not have any stains but it looked grey when it was supposed to be beige. They called me a second time and told me that they were going to clean it a second time because it was dirty. They only called to tell me that it was not going to be ready when they said it would and they cleaned it a again for the same price. They keep sending me little fliers, so the next time, we are not going to even get a bid and will go with them. They also gave us an estimate to clean the carpets in my mother’s place and I thought they were very reasonable.

They kept the dust down. We will use them again as we need new floors for the house.

They came several of times; the spots kept coming back when they said they wouldn't. They were here for a long time. It's hard to say they did a good job when they said the service would do something and it didn't. I will not be using them again in the future.

They destroyed our carpets. After the carpets dried, we noticed a very strong odor that smelled like urine. This was a new place and we knew the previous owners did not have animals. They came back and accused us of doing something to the carpets. They became very aggressive. The owner came to our house and yelled at us and was mad that we were not going to pay for the service. We would not use them again and hope that no one else does. We sent a letter to them and they got their attorney involved. We did some letter exchanges and they dropped the issue. The result was that I didn't pay for the service and they didn't pay for the replacement carpet.
