CSC was great to work with. Their sales person was responsive and eager for our business, but not in an annoying way. He assessed a bad job done by a previous vendor, and made recommendations of different options for re-work that scaled with our budget and needs. We got a great PTZ (point/tilt/zoom) camera and they set a patrol sequence that makes sense for our businesses's parking lot and side yard. They used some existing cameras that were still functional; and added a number of new cameras that were weatherproof and caught better angles for our security. They added a new DVR and phone app for remote viewing, and have returned for free service when the app had a buggy issue. After we had an issue with a prowler who damaged one of our cameras, they also returned for free to assess and rebalance the camera, and make sure it wasn't damaged. This is a company that obviously cares about its work, and the length of the client relationship. I'd gladly recommend their services, and call again as needed. -Tony Restaurant owner

I am extremely pleased with the work done and the quality of the equipment used. They came back out (at no extra cost) and relocated two of the cameras because THEY were not satisfied with the area they were covering after the initial installation. The new locations are by far better than the original. I highly recommend this company to anybody interested in a professional cctv system, and without a doubt, will use them again on any future projects.

Jason Jenkins the owner went above and beyond to make sure the original company will pay for the installment of the second camera and that I wouldn't be charged.

They were quick, cheap, easy. I compared there response quality and service estimates with 6 other companies for the same service, they responded the quickest, gave me the cheapest quote and installed in less than a week. Made life easy & saved my company money not only on the service provided but also the time they saved for myself.

Jason (owner) came out to "fix" two Nest thermostats that had been incorrectly installed by a handyman (they are certified Nest installers). One of the Nests had an issue with one of the wires having come disconnected; and the other had been set up only AC, not both AC and heat. These two Nests were in 2 different homes, though less than a mile away from each other, but Jason still gave the 2nd Nest discount. Jason was knowledgeable, thorough, and did everything the right way rather than necessarily the easy way. Lesson learned about Nests: hire a self-proclaimed "geek" rather than an electrician for install. =) I would definitely contact Insight Control Systems for other services, such as security systems.
