They were prompt to respond back, as expected due to last minute, they were completely booked and were not looking to acquire new clients at the time. The communication was super polite and professional. Would definitely reconsider them in the future if they do become available.

clean space is very responsive and always follow up after their services. they use material friendly cleaning products and respect your property. when the crew missed a spot in my shower they offered to come out the next day to redo it. the team is very professional and do a very nice job at a reasonable price.

The scheduling was easy as Ashley is responsive and cooperative and communicative. She worked around my schedule and my needs. The cleaning ladies were prompt, polite and personable, they worked hard and left my home clean and shiny every time. There was great communication, before, during and after each cleaning so that we could all get on the same page. Ashley checked in regularly to make sure my needs were being met and followed through to make sure it happened. I highly recommend this service!

For about six months now, CleanSpace has been cleaning my home every other week. This is a very well-run company and they do an excellent job! It takes 3 people 1-2 hours to clean my 1800 sq ft home. Each time they leave a feedback form where I can add any requests/comments -- which I've only done once since they've always done such a great job. Each time they clean you can schedule an extra task, such as cleaning your refrigerator, that is outside the scope of the normal cleaning. The owner, Ashley Windsor, is extremely responsive and pleasant to deal with and will follow-up on any issues that come up. For example, I wanted to reschedule a cleaning recently. After I left a message with this request, Ashley called me back right away and was very flexible about alternate times. Also, even though Ashley is not part of my regular crew, she does show up from time to time to check on the work.

We have been very happy with CleanSpace Home Cleaning. Our cleaning techs are professional and reliable. There is always a noticeable difference when the house has been cleaned by CleanSpace.

I first called Clean Space for a quote and wanted some additional information on their cleaning services. I was disappointed to have reached a call center where the agent was merely reading me a script; however, she did recommend I call back at another time in order to talk to someone from the Clean Space office team. She quoted me a biweekly cleaning of $127 for our home in Sunnyvale (4 bedroom, 2 bath, approx 1950 sq ft). Based on the reviews and services offered, I thought it was a little high, but probably worth it. I called back the next week to get some some additional information on the cleaning services and schedule my first cleaning. To my surprise I was given a new quote of $168 for a biweekly cleaning!! Unbelievable. I've had several cleaners over the past few years and had many quotes and NO one has ever quoted me over $125. The Clean Space team member apologized for the discrepancy and said her agent didn' t have the current sheet to read from!?? I would definitely not recommend Clean Space based on my experience with them and the outrageous prices.

In general I think they do a good job but I did have a glass broken and last week came home to a vacuum cleaner smudge on the carpet. In regards, to the broken glass they called me about it right away and apologized profusely. In regards to the vacuum cleaner smudge they committed to doing a better job of quality control and even offered to have the carpet professionally cleaned if need be. I appreciated their sincere desire to make things right. Since things have not been perfect I gave them a and quot;Band quot; but overall they do a good job.

Decent cleaning company. The owner is very responsive by phone and email. Cleaning job was pretty good, I couldn't really tell a difference after they left. They were a group of three cleaners and completed my home very quickly.

Ashley has been careful and clear in her communications, ensuring we know exactly what to expect and what not to. My wife was afraid to have housecleaners, partly out of embarrassment and partly out of a feeling of and quot;failure.and quot; She works 60+ hours a week! Myself, I had no such fears. :) And now we have a very nice bi-weekly service, with options for specific tasks when we need them, like wiping outside furniture or cleaning particular walls.

CleanSpace responded promptly with a quote and was able to start cleaning my house the next week. They are always prompt, curteous, and do a great job cleaning my entire place. They check up after each visit to make sure everything was cleaned to my satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Excellent, Ashley manages home cleaning like a project. There is lots of up front communication on expectations and then frequent ongoing solicitation of feedback. They came when they say they will.

They are an outstanding housecleaning company. So far, they are doing an excellent job. The same young lady, Gloria, comes each time. She is very congenial and friendly, and she does an excellent job.

Everything turned out great with this Cleanspace. The office staff is very professional and helpful. You can tell she really cares that her staff is doing a good job. The crew does a good job cleaning and works hard. I would recommend this company to anyone and will continue to use them.

Originally, I intended to hire them one time just to see how they do, especially I have no experience with any house cleaning service. I left the house open with a friend in the house, and I was pleasantly surprised. The cleaning was done professionally. Ashley has a process for what gets cleaned and not cleaned, so it makes it easy for me to establish expectations. I ended up hiring her maid on a bi-weekly basis. Ashley assigns one maid per house, so you can develop a relationship with her. So far, I had three or four cleaning done, and was happy to come home to a clean space every time the maid comes to visit.

Overall I have been very happy with the service and cleanliness of my house. I've switched from another provider about 2 months ago, and everything has been going well.
