ALLIANCE MANUFACTURED HOMES

Terrible experience. Our realtor Lan Nguyen went on vacation in the middle of our listing but didn't disclose this information formally at all and only informally after we had entered into a contract. We would have preferred working with another agent since Lan was on vacation but we couldn't get her to re-allocate us even after several direct requests. Decided to reach out to Glenn for assistance and instead of providing any, he provided a retaliatory buy out offer of slightly over half of the asking price. He then proceeded to be very short and rude with us and unhelpful. At one point he snidely said he would let us out of the agreement if we didn't want to be in it, however, he refused to follow up on any arrangement to withdrawal and had clearly just lied in an attempt to appease. Our realtor then actively tried to dissuade a potential candidate we brought in, admitting she was telling them to purchase elsewhere and only ultimately referred candidates who had come in through Alliance manufactured homes. Both Lan and Glenn intentionally lied or ignored requests on multiple documentable occurrences. Thankfully we did end up selling the place but it was truly one of the worst customer experiences I've ever been through and I would not recommend working with either Lan or Glenn. They worked against us the entire time and in the end they won with collecting both halves of the realtor fees. Suppose they could have only won better if we took them up on their offensive buyout offer.

The whole process from the time we decided which home we wanted to the day we moved in took about 3 months. First the house has to be built and then brought in ( in our case a mobile home park) then it is installed. Seemed like forever to us cause we were so anxious to move in but so worth the wait. NO COMPLAINTS !! GREAT COMPANY!!
