+ -1 moreThe estimate and design portion went very well. The installation went well. We ran into a rather-unique problem where the system was not passing the fire safety inspection because there was a chemical compatibility question regarding the CPVC pipe that they chose and the attic insulation which was to be installed directly next to their pipe. Adanac put some effort into getting the certificates to resolve this issue, but they didn't do nearly enough. After several months of inaction, I had to get involved -- making phone calls to the CPVC pipe manufacturer, insulation manufacturer, the City Fire Inspector, and the contractor myself. I lost a lot of time b/c Adanac was not taking responsibility to get the issue resolved in a timely fashion. But I got the issue resolved, they finished the job, and it all looks good now.
Description of Work: Installed a fire sprinkler system throughout entire house, including sprinkler activation alarm.
