We couldn't be happier with our solar installation. We got estimates from two different companies and decided to go with Bhaskar because he is so approachable and patiently took the time to answer all our questions about the installation and help us customize the system to our liking. Not to mention his pricing was more competitive. The installation was very well coordinated from start to finish and his crew did a very clean job. I couldn't believe how fast it was completed. I also appreciated Bhaskar constantly following up with DWP to make sure they didn't delay anything on their end.

Bashkar was amazing. This was our second house installing solar, and Bashkar was such a better process than our first experience. He was knowledgeable, timely, reliable and at a good price. Would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to go solar.

Excellent. All new electronic interface installed on a 12 yr old system. Southbay NRG knew exactly what needed to be done and completed the entire project in 4 hrs. Blew me away! Can recommend them GREATLY! Excellent work ethics! If you need solar, you are safe with them. I have not used their roofing service but expect it to be as superior as their solar.

Excellent service! I purchased an electric vehicle last week and needed a 240v outlet installed asap for my charger. Southbay NRG's crew was very accommodating and professional. Bhaskar responded on time and gave reasonable price to me. Especially, Fernando has lots of knowledge for installation and explained all the details. He and his crew arrived on time and got the work done as specified for only 3 hours. I am very pleased and I will definitely call Southbay NRG for next electric service. FIVE STAR!!!

He was quick to respond to our calls and questions and kept us informed of the progress of obtaining permits, the installation, and scheduling the inspection. Went well! Much simpler than I imagined. Bhaskar was very responsive and I didn't have to deal with any of the many details concerning permits and coordination with the utility company. They worked quickly when the time came. It took about 8 weeks from the first email to the final meter replacement, but that mostly was due to waiting for either the city or for the one part that was backordered from a supplier. Otherwise the entire process was simple and effortless for me.

Bhaskar Patel was very easy to work with and his installation crew was professional and fast. Excellent service I was very happy from start to finish.

Southbay NRG did an incredible job installing solar panels at my house in Diamond Bar. Bhaskar and his crew completed the installation of 12 panels in one day, as they are highly experienced and knowledgeable in this area. The price was very reasonable, much cheaper than Tesla and Sunrun. The solar panels and inverter have been working great since the installation. I would not hesitate to recommend Southbay NRG and Bhaskar to my friends and family.

Southbay NRG competed with 3 other solar companies, walked me thorough all of my options, and provided me the best price out there. The best part of his service was that it was the same company from sales to installation to financing without the usual $ per Watt pricing scheme. We had work start immediately, the roofing was complete within a week including some issues that required new sheathing to be installed. The final installation of the solar panels was smooth and look great. These guys don't cut any corners and the service and support was excellent. I would recommend them (and have) to my neighbors! A++++ service. Very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them to everyone i know. They even came back and replaced a malfunctioning breaker just to make sure everything works as intended.

Bhaskar measured the roof (space available for panels) and made the design for solar panel installation, got it approved with the city and power companies. Installation was done in weekend, and was turned on remotely after getting approval from power company. Bhaskar was very co-operative with changes and details requested in design and materials.

Everything went well. They were at job site on time. And performed work in a professional manner. Very happy with their service

What was great was that he offered me options that I could I consider rather than the standard $/watt option that most other sales people offered. The pricing was better than the competition for every option. He installed the panels on-time, went through the entire process with the city permits, and even worked with the utility to get my approvals in place.
