Rich Caruso is a consummate professional. He does terrific work; he's on time; he's licensed and bonded. The previous work had been done incorrectly; doors were leaking; hardwood floors were cracking because there was water intrusion. Mr. Caruso was very thorough in his preparations, measured and remeasured all the dimensions for a successfull install. He made sure there would be no further water intrusion, the damaged subflooring was replaced, and that the new doors were perfect. He corrected the rough openings so that the doors would fit properly, level and plumb. He went the extra mile to make sure we had at last received the doors and professional job that we deserved especially considering we had a 1937 home. Beautiful job. We highly recommend Rich Caruso for any building or remodeling project. We are confident in his work.

This work was excellent and we feel quite lucky to have found this person, and hope to use him again in the future.

When plumbing revealed added issues, I decided to do total remodel of bath. Plumber had worked with this company. I loved everything about him except that he did not carry insurance. If it had just been a tiling job, I may have risked using him, but with a complete gut job, I don't dare. When he bid the job, he was absolutely fabulous! Thorough. Great suggestions. Patient. Asked and answered questions so that I could understand, but did not make me feel like an idiot. Sketched out the vanity and storage units. Just wonderful in every way! How I wish that he had insurance!!!

I was very pleased with his effort he put forth to match the tile. He put in extra time to find the right tile for me. He was very easy to work with.
