This company came out immediately to install my faucet, was flexible about when he could come over to take care of it, was prompt, showing up when he said, and the cost was more reasonable than others I called. Ed gave me cost of his recommendation fee (Very reasonable) and said that fee would be waived if the work was contracted. Ed also answered all my questions so I knew up front what repair procedures would be involved. I was so pleased with the professionalism of this initial feedback, I signed contract with Ed's Construction. After inspecting leaky pressure points in the garage ceiling to uncover source(s) of water leakage, Ed told me how he would proceed (in a personable yet very professional way.) During the repair work, some unexpected underlying structural repair challenges were encountered. Ed's years of experience were evident when dealing with those challenges. He found solutions to correct any problems.
