Called me back from my original inquiry within 5 minutes. Showed up on time, gave me an estimate that was very fair. He found the cause of the problem was an old corroded pipe that was also leaking. Called me again with a price to repair the damaged pipe. My tenants were also very happy with how clean and efficient he worked. Definitely calling him again if I need any more plumbing work.
