Excellent work. He came in same day (within an hour of my home adviser request! non-emergency even!) and gave me options to get the job done in the best way that worked for me. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and customer service is a big priority I could tell. If we ever need more plumbing work, it will definitely be him.

Called Monday and they came out Tuesday to repair a leaky pipe. Noticed that my garbage disposal was leaking as well. They went out in afternoon traffic to get new one. Theold one was 20 years old. Came back and did an excellent job replacing the pipes and disposal. Very good service. Will use them for other projects in the house.

They found out that the real problem in our home was not the drain line, but the Washing Machine itself. Based on their information, we had the Washer repaired, and the problem was resolved.

Ed contacted me by e-mail (immediately - even when I sent the message at 11 at night)! He called first thing the next morning and set up an appointment with my tenant. Our issue was that a faulty pressure regulator caused excessive vibration of the pipes in the shower. This was repaired quickly, professionally, and at a fair price. Ed's invoice included a thorough description of the work done. He also mentioned the pipes under the house could be strapped. This was not an emergency, but something that could be fixed in the future when the budget allows. As an out-of-state landlord, I really appreciate this and it helps me manage the cash flow from month-to-month. Ed was knowledgeable and friendly to boot. Great "old-school" quality service!

Ed is friendly, professional, and worked extremely fast. My toilet was leaking on the floor. Thought I just needed it to be resealed, but when I noted the tank was wobbly, Ed told me that he could replace the entire toilet for almost the same amount as repairing the corrosion present on the old one. In fact, he said the more efficient toilet should pay for the full cost of the parts/labor ($360) in water bill savings over a year. The work is only a couple hours old, but I m confident this is a quality installation, having tested it. Ed and his assistant Sergey worked fast, did zero damage, took the old toilet, and left my apartment very clean. I plan to use Ed s company for any future plumbing needs. Bonus: Ed saw my copy of Dune outside the bathroom and we talked about our favorite books and movies.

Came in under estimate. On time. Very professional. Super nice guy. Gave great advice. It was a simple faucet install but others wanted to charge much more. Ed said I ll give an estimate on the spot and if you like we ll do it that day and if you don t - no worries. He is really good.

I originally hired Ed just before Thanksgiving for a clogged sink. When everyone else was charging $150 and a two day wait, Ed showed up in hours and charged me less than half of that. He is a great guy and very honest. So when I had an exploding pipe with a water pipe in the front yard, I called him again. He told that I was a returning customer and he appreciated my business but he thought I should ask my gardener to do the job instead because gardeners have quick and cheaper fixes. He would charge a lot more. He did not even ask for a fee for his visit. This guys is a gem. Please use him.
