There was a death in the family and she came over into the house and went over a bunch of stuff and gave us ideas what the value was on some of the stuff and she sold some of it for us. When she came to the house she was not trying to push us over or anything. She just came over and gave us an idea what some of the things were worth. Then she offered to sell them for us and she took a commission or whatever. It only topped the good will we had kept. She took care of all of that. She shifted all of that stuff. Then she just gave us the money when she sold it. She gave me a couple of checks and I think she takes 30 or 40 percent. So there was money that I did not have. She is honest. I do not have a clue what the going rate is but she gave me money that I did not have. Everything she did was good.
