All of our experience is hard-core and down-in-the-trenches – not managed from behind a computer. Our in-house engineers and technicians are among the most experienced in all of Southern California. Alpha Structural, Inc. is the ONLY company in the SOCAL area licensed to ENGINEER and BUILD any type of repair project. That means that you'll work with us through the whole project, not unknown sub-contractors that you didn't hire and cannot control or predict. Description of Work: Overall the company was great. The initial assessment, quote, down payment and engineering happened seamlessly. Alpha proposed a less evasive more economical sister-foundation. My only gripe is there was a lull with little communication before the work got started. However, once the work did start the team led by Marlon was amazing. We had a sister foundation installed with no disruption to our daily lives. The work was top quality, the team was courteous, and the job site was spotless. I have never had a contractor experience that was so incredibly easy and painless. I would recommend them whole heatedly.

It would have been helpful to have been contacted by you about your concern, prior to a report being posted so that we could put a priority on it. I am very attentive about all of our customers needs and/or wants and do everything in my power to ensure the utmost customer service or otherwise is delivered in every case. Additionally, we did accommodated a very early morning inspection for you which is outside of our normal inspection slots as you weren't available during our normal appointment hours, which we were happy to do. We do consider that we had gone out of our way to facilitate your inspection and address the concerns you had about your property. Description of Work: The man showed up exactly on time and was professional, clean, and friendly. He clearly explained the work that was needed. I had 3 bids for the same job and I went with the other company only because the price was lower.
