+ -1 moreI have been using Valley Alarm for many years. They came to my house to reinstall my window sensors after I had all my windows replaced by a contractor. I needed service quickly because contractors were going to paint my window trim. They came out the same day I called them. The installation of the sensors went smoothly. The installer from Valley Alarm was able to do the job quickly and professionally saving time and money for the installation. Valley Alarm has always been responsive and gets the job done. I can recommend Valley Alarm for anyone needing installation and repair of their system.
Description of Work: Installation of new window sensors for existing alarm system due to new windows that were installed. Had to trace out all wiring system to locate existing lines and then do connections and insure proper operation.

+ -1 moreInstalled incorrectly. Didn't respond to service request. Continued to fraudulently bill my checking account after my account was cancelled. Submitted a false report to a credit reporting service and had bill collectors call me to collect a bill they made up.
