Richard is an extremely nice person, and explains the work that was completed to repair the blind. He has been repairing blinds for a long time and his experience clearly helps him get the job done. I had a discontinued part on a Bali blind. Although it took months to get the right part, he persevered and got it done correctly. I believe most would have let the job go since he had to go back to the manufacturer several times to get the right part. I am grateful that he was committed to fixing my blind. It works great. The fact that he's an extremely nice person and he is committed to the completion of the project are reason to not only use his services again in the future, but recommend to others that would benefit.
