I had a bit of delay getting a response from the company to my request for service. But once we connected, I was able promptly able to schedule an appointment. In addition, Oscar, the repairman, arrived early to the appointment, was very friendly and professional and completed the repair in a short time. Thus far, I’ve had no further problems. I will definitely call them again and recommend them to others in need of shutter repair.

Richard, on the phone, and Oscar, who came to the house to fix the cord on my large front cellular shade, were great to talk to and work with—they answered my questions and gave good advice. Oscar really knows what he's doing. He did a careful job and the shade is raising and lowering smoothly now!

Oscar was so very professional, he came 2 times and only charged us for 1 time. He suggested what to do about our old verticles, we did it and they look brand new! I will always use The Blind Spot , no reason to look any further.

On the day scheduled Oscar came in and meticulously repaired and re-corded my honeycomb shades, while being so nice and engaging and extremely knowledgeable about blinds and potential and existing issues. You sent the review before the work was completed. So far so good for this company, The Blind Spot. Oscar arrived and after discussing my repair I decided it would be best to purchase a new type of covering because my current blinds are sixteen years old. He measured my windows and discussed the placement of the covering. I am currently waiting for an estimate and then I will go forward with the order. Please send me another survey once the work is completed.

Prior to replacing some shutter in our home makeover, we decided to see if we could repair of few of the wood blinds we did have. The we’re in good shape, but needed several different repairs. Oscar arrived on time and made we everything requested perfect; saving us full replacement of the older wood blinds. Looking forward to working with The Blind Spot again to finish our home fix up. I had 5 blinds repaired. The very next day I phoned the Blind Spot to report that one repair was not working and the wand was doing the same thing as before the repair. I was told that I would receive a call back in several hours. Never heard from them again.
