The service was good. They know what they are doing and they were organized.

The scheduler (Crystal) wouldn't commit to a time/day to have someone come to look at the issue on a number of calls. Eventually, I spoke with the owner Jose Peralta Flores and got a lot of run around and him trying to justify why it wasn't a warranty service - without actually even seeing the issue. Even though I had paid another plumber to open the ceiling and find a leak in the original work. It seems that there are others on Yelp and other sites that have been having the exact same issue. This company is NOT the same as Masterserv which had a good pretty good reputation.

They initially re-plumbed our entire house years ago so we are still under a service contract with them. They do excellent work. We have had no problems with them. They were very professional. There were only about two of them here at a time and they come do whatever they have to do and then, the construction crew came in after them and did what they had to do. We are very pleased with them. A lot of companies would not work with construction crews that way, but they do.

When we purchased the house, it was a 30 year old home. Almost everybody in the period of five years to seven years wanted to convert to copper plumbing. So what they offered at that time was anyone you referred to if they chose to use their service, you have $500 cash payment which was really nice because half of our neighbors and our family members used them. I do not know what they do now, but it is a really nice service because they are a very good company. They did a great job.

Worst customer service experience in my 35 years of home ownership. Supervisor called 4 hours later and told me there wasn't a leak. Tech had inspected the pipe. Argued with me for 15 minutes. Said he could maybe come look at ti in a week, but "that is why people make appointments."

They did a good job, and we were pleased.

Showed up on time and got right to work. Took them one and a half days, and I had water service overnight. Vazgen and Arsho are hard workers, amiable but keep working, pay attention to what they're doing, and clean up before leaving. Not that I will...but if I ever had another plumping issue I would call them back. Sot instead I'll just recommend them.

Excellent Service. Showed up each morning on time and the crew was very professional. Cleaned up each day they were done. Final patching of walls was excellent and done very professionally.

Went well. Sales to finishing work i was happy. A little overzealous with the texture stuff on the walls but great service.

Work was done on time and workers were clean and cleaned up after. Toilet got stuck, called them and they came and fixed it the next day.

Gas leak from flexible tubing required emergency service from PG&E. After shutdown, not able to start water heater, hot solder had dripped onto piezo igniter switch. Masterserve did not respond promptly to urgent calls for replacement of igniter. Result, no hot water for five days.

The plumbers showed up on time, were very courteous and polite. They advised me of all the small problems that came up before just fixing it. After they left a plasterer came in and repaired all of the holes in the walls to change out the plumbing. I had minimal problems and would surely recommend this company.

They were very professional and on time. They were very clean and tidy. They arrived on time and completed when they said they would. I have no complaints with their service. The price was also fair for the work performed. They came in at a reasonable price compared to several bids we received.

It went very well. They were here when they said there would be here and finished when they said they would be done.... 3 days. They were neat and cleaned up very well. The wall patches were done well too. After completion, there was a drip at an outside joint. When we called, they came right out and fixed it. We have had no problems since.

So far the work seems to be okay. It took a couple of days to complete the work. They were reasonably fast with completing the job. In general, I thought they did a good job.

The service was fine. They did a good job. The water heater they installed needed service that was under warranty. I would not buy that same brand again.

Here's the thing: the quality of the work and materials were top-notch and I paid a very fair price for it, so for that I am happy. However, the were a number of administrative problems: 1) Hot water and cold water were accidentally backwards in the garage. I would think that they'd test this before saying that it's done, so they had to come back and switch it. Shoulda been obvious. 2) The water heater was left tilted at an angle so they had to come back again to fix that and needed to drain the whole tank. 3) I was often told that I would receive a phone call on a certain day and that often didn't happen, so I had to call them many times. 4) The patchwork wasn't completed until 13 days after the repipe because of miscommunications in the company as to who was scheduling the inspections and arranging the patchwork. A couple of times, my contact just forgot about me and admitted this, though apologizing.

We were happy with the workmen but we were not happy with the management, and my husband didn't want me to write a bad report. But, there was a problem getting everything to work and they blamed it on our remodel, that something was being done in our remodel, and it took them two weeks to get us hot water consistantly. I was not happy. And then they charged us with extra labor. I didn't want to write a bad report because the workmen did an excellent job, but it was the management that decided, so I really didn't know what to do. We bought a new water heater from and water cleaner as well. I think we ended up giving them $7000 for a repipe and then the quote came back in five bills and an extra $200 for labor. They couldn't figure out what was wrong and they had to keep coming back. I didn't want a bad report on my credit report so we bargained (on the extra $200) and said we'll pay half just to get them off our back. They were greedy at the end. We have a lifetime gurantee with them so I was afraid if we write something bad and what if they decide to retaliate by giving us a hard time with the guarantee and all.

I like that the come when they say they will. They're so prompt and work so efficiently! It was a 3 day job and they were here on time everyday. They cut away some drywall for the repiping and they even repaired the hole when finished. They are so responsible and do very good work. The crawlspace where they did the repiping is very small and they never complained. Their quote was about half of that from other companies.

They arrived on time. The time frame that was given to us during the quote was very accurate. Very nice people. They were very conciderate of our home, laying down runners so they didn't leave a mess and cleaning up after themselves at the end of the day. The two men who came out after the repipe and patched all the walls were true masters of their craft. The walls look amazing, even the outside wall that is stucco. Brilliant job!

The salesman arrived at my house for the initial quote @ 8:30 PM the day following the initial call to the office to match my schedule so I didn't have to lose time at work. He was very prompt and very knowledgable with the business and provided a great quote. The crew was supposed to arrive between 8:30 - 9:30 AM on the day of the repipe. They arrived @ 8:25 AM, immediately did a walk through of the job with me and commenced doing their thing. Their were a couple of roadblocks they ran into for bringing the water from the ground up into the attic compared to what was discussed during the quote and when they brought this to my attention, they also supplied 2-3 alternative solutions that worked out better. They were completed and cleaned up by 2:30 PM and I have better water pressure than I have had in over 3 years. Hopefully I will not need their services again, but I would definately call Masterserv if the need arises and have recommended the company to two friends so far.

The experience was good. MasterServ sent out a Representative who quoted me a very fair price. Once we agreed on a date the installers arrived on time and kept me informed of everything during the day. The job took one day to complete and when the installers were done they made sure they cleaned up the mess. I am very satisfied and happy with the end results. A perk that was available was getting a free Tankless Water Heater which is great. I truly recommend MasterServ. you can't go wrong with their professionalism.

We couldn't be more pleased. If Masterserv, Inc does solar panels, we will want to employ them for their services. This is old school business. We love old school business. They're Prompt, Prepared, Polite, and most of all Professional. If you need to have your home repiped, THESE ARE THE GUYS!!!

Original estimate and proposal was handled in professional manner. Everything was fully explained and there was no pressure or "snow job". Everything was itemized and put in writing. The "free" hot water heater was not needed so received a credit of $1300. The five man crew arrived on schedule and got to work immediately. Met with supervisor Mark and foreman Jose and reviewed job. The crew laid down tarps for dirt control (looked good at first, but wasn't that effective. Attic insulation was still tracked in house They did attempt to vacuum everything up.) Crew didn't have a ladder so they used mine. No big deal. They all worked really hard and there was no loafing around. Had the walls opened and new pipe laid out and ready to go the first day.They didn't hesitate in working late. Made the ordeal of having to have a re-pipe bearable. It was great to still have water all day and that night. The crew were very polite and friendly and we enjoyed their presence. They really appreciated the free lunch we gave them and helped cement our relationship. They all deserved a "Gold Star" for their outstanding work. The next day layout was completed, old pipe removed and new tied in. New piping was flushed and pressure tested. No leaks. As a former building inspector, I was very impressed by their professionalism, work ethics and attitude. It's very rare to have someone "do it right the first time".The following day the drywall came and repaired all the walls that had been demo'd. Outstanding job. Only a few negatives: Cleanup. Attic insulation that had been pushed aside was not put back.(still not done) They also missed some shock absorbers which the building inspector caught. Jose came back the next day and took care of the them. Bathroom exhaust fan had been stepped on and pushed down below the ceiling. Drywall man attempted repairs. OK.. Piping could have been flushed a little longer to get all debris out. Minor. Overall I am very pleased with the work. Price was a big OUCH! UPDATE! It has been several months now and I find the installation was not as great as I thought. Rather than moving the ceiling insulation, they installed the pipes on the roof rafters. Pipe insulation inadequate; water too cold in winter and scalding hot in summer. Don't let them take short cut!

A tenant mentioned sound from the shower valve in their unit. My husband checked and it was 'water hammer' a problem that can cause damage to pipes. Masterserve had repiped in 2001. They came out and quickly replaced the two shower valves - it was Tuesday afternoon. On Saturday our tenant in the unit directly below the work let me know water was dripping from her ceiling. I checked the space between the units and could see water coming from the replaced shower valve. I immediately contacted Masterserv. Their emergency plumber said he couldn't help because the valves may need parts but he would let the office know on Monday. We turned off the water to the building - god bless our tenants cuz they understood. Masterserv arrived early Monday to check and the shower valve simply needed tightening. As frustrating as it was, at least Masterserv stands behind their work.
