Description of Work: We are relandscaping completely...budget 20k. After waiting for an appointment for 1 week, the evening before the appt we received a message from their Rep to confirm for the next day and asked us to give an idea of what we wanted done. We were out for the evening, dinner and a show and returned to late to call back the Rep. We called in the morning and left a message indicating the scope of the job. He called us back and informed us that since we did not call the night before (his message was left after 5pm), that the company had cancelled our appt and rescheduled him to another location. We should have been told that our appt was contingent upon confirming with their Rep the night before. Perhaps, the confirmation call could have been made earlier than the night before? Clearly, this company is too busy to treat customers as though they are important to them.

Description of Work: I had my asphalt driveway replaced with concrete pavers. Pacific Outdoor designed demo'd and installed the new pavers. They were very professional, timely and competitive. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Pacific Outdoor Living provided a professionally designed plan for the front yard using pavers and drought resistant plants. They additionally completed work in the rear yard. They provided a detailed scope of work, which they followed. All work was started as well as completed on time, the work site was cleaned everyday. Any and all questions were fully answered. We plan on using them in the future.

Description of Work: Came out a week before Thanksgiving... we wanted a new driveway and walk/entryway before the holiday, if possible. They did a great job in two and a half days!

Description of Work: We paid for a design. The firm does design & implementation but we cut things off after just the design for reasons stated below. They promised that if we didn't like the design they would refund the design fee. But when (weeks late) they finally presented the design, it wasn't very good (a fancy front walk led directly up to the trash cans and air conditioning units on the side of the house -- where no one would ever walk) and the estimated cost was DOUBLE the absolute maximum budget we had told them we had to work with. But they said that since we liked the basic design -- even though it was nothing we could even remotely hope to afford -- they would not refund the design fee. The landscape architect had already failed to meet the delivery dates he had set himself; completely ignored almost everything we gave him as priorities; and essentially just found 8 pictures of other yards (probably on Houzz) and simply drew those yard elements into our design (he claimed they "inspired" his design, but from all we could tell it was essentially a cut-and-paste job with nothing specific to our yard or our requests). RUN, don't walk, from this place.

Description of Work: I don't know how this company ever got on your list. I made an appointment, no one showed up. Made another appointment, waited and waited and finally called to find out why they weren't there and was told "something came up." Unbelievable.

Description of Work: We had all the asphalt in our parking lots ripped out and new pavers put in. as well as a block wall built and poured concrete planters. They have been great all along the way, and we are extremely picky customers. Everything has to be clean and perfect at all times and they were very accommodating to this. Great guys to work with.

Description of Work: An asphalt drive and concrete sidewalk and wooden deck were replaced with pavers. In the process, a submerged sprinkler pipe was damaged, and when I pointed this out, they THANKED ME AND APOLGIZED. It was fixed at once. Care was taken not to damage plants; they were extremely clean and neat; they were very effecient.

Description of Work: THEY DUG OUT OUR WHOLE DRIVEWAY, AND SOME GRASS AREAS WITH A SMALL BULLDOZER. THEY THAN LAID PAVING STONES IN THE DRIVEWAY, WALKWAY, PORCH AREA AND STAIRS. THEY APPLIED SAND TO THE PAVING STONE AND THEN PROCEEDED TO SWEEP IT INTO ALL THE CRACKS AS IF PUTTING IN GROUT. THEY CEMENTED CERTAIN AREAS IN TO SECURE ALL THE STONES. ONCE SET, 3 DAYS LATER THEY SEALED THE STONES.

Description of Work: I HAVE A LONG DRIVEWAY AND THEY TOOK OUT ALL OF THE OLD BLACKTOP AND PUT NEW STUFF IN.
