Description of Work: I got a deal for an outdoor living space evaluation. The individual, Craig, was fantastic. Prompt and on-time, professional, and very knowledgeable. The only reason I gave it a B (it would really be B+ to A-) is that the price of what was proposed was a little high. Also, I expected a little more regarding the space evaluation. I got great recommendations for pavers and some small landscaping ideas, but I thought there would be a little more included (perhaps a proposed design for the living space, including ideas for outside furniture or lighting). However, that could have been my misunderstanding as to what was included in the space evaluation plan. Overall, I was very pleased and we plan to use them to install pavers and a walkway.

Description of Work: They came and recommended a more detailed drawing that I would need to do the job so I put the project on hold until I can plan financing better. They showed me what they could do and it was very impressive. I might be able to use them in the future. I was also very impressed with their portfolio of yards they had done and the professionalism of the salesman.

Description of Work: The designer, Roy, was very professional and designed a very nice plan for my backyard and my front yard. He followed-up and helped guide decisions for my budget and worked his plans accordingly.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for the above price to have a design plan drawn up for my backyard. The landscape architects arrived on time and were friendly and professional. They asked questions to get my ideas for the job, took photos and said they would e-mail me the drawing. I am still waiting for that.

Description of Work: Trent was very customer oriented for main job installation on time and on budget. Fixed small blemishes without any hassle.

Description of Work: There was misunderstanding about the scope of evaluation on our exterior landscape drainage system. I paid the "big deal" offer from Angie's list, however, the sale representative came on time but did more on estimate of other landscape work. After I brought up the issue to the office manager, he completely refund me the money I paid. I am pleased with the company's professionalism, and willing to solve customer's complaint. I would consider use the company in the future.
