Stephan arrived on July 4 and shut off the hot water (it was leaking). He estimated that the job would cost $600. He had two men come over the next day to do the actual work. Their work was good and extremely fast. Once the men left, Stephan came over about 20 minutes later to be paid. He kept his quote of $600, which seemed high (even higher based on the duration of the job: 1.5 hours), and then said he wouldn't charge me for one of the valves because of the coupon from Angie's list. So, I was still at $600. I feel like it was a shady move and will never work with him again, simply for that reason.

Very professional service. They did a great job within the time expected. Cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely hire them again. Stephan called to follow up and make sure I was happy with the work.

I left message with dispatcher and Stephan returned my call quickly and he arrived on time for an estimate, patiently answered all questions and provided a very fair estimate right on the spot. I called back a day or two later to hire his company, New-Pipe Plumbing and work began a few days after that which was delayed by my own scheduling conflicts. The guys showed up exactly on time, covered floors and carpeting with cloth protection and were done in two days. Stephan alerted me to a few unexpected details as they arose and we handled them easily. I am thoroughly delighted with the results, no more brown rusty water from my pipes and I love the energy efficiency of my tankless hot water heater. Stephan's easy-going nature makes him a pleasure to work with, which can also be said of his experienced crew. The owner responded to my call and discussed several installation options. We decided to install a laundry sink for the washer to drain into and to make maximum use of existing water and drain pipes. The two plumbers who did the work were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Very Well. The workers sent out identified the problem & rather than fix it, they replaced it, they upgraded the materials (copper pipe rather than galvanized steel) without upping the price. Got a follow-up call the next day. Very professional.

We contacted Stefan based on his positive Angie's List reviews, and are happy to validate other users opinions. Stefan returned our call promptly, arrived to provide an estimate on time and even accommodated our last minute logistical difficulties by patiently waiting in his truck for us. His estimate was thorough and his price was at the lower end of range of estimates we received. Our house required entirely new horizontal (including the main) and some vertical pipes. Stefan promised and delivered a 2 day job within our budget. His staff was courteous and worked around other contractors we had in the house. They were even mindful of our cat and ensured doors were closed so he could not wander outside. A couple of issues were discovered along the way and Stefan raised them with us and suggested options and solutions. He also came back a couple of times at our request to check on a couple of outstanding items. I would readily recommend Stefan to friends in need of plumbing work.

They were prompt, courteous, applied no pressure on me to have them do the work after they gave me my estimate. They came the week after the original estimate to complete the repair. It took two days with only minimal interruption in my sewer service.

It couldn't have gone better! Each of the three mornings of the work, Stephan the owner would call in a 10 minute warning, letting me know to do whatever I needed to do before the water was shut off. I was amazed at the thoughtfulness! Stephan also personally installed a new dishwasher I'd bought, repaired a running toilet and fixed a shower head.

We got several quotes from contractors. Stephan gave us the best quote (not the least expensive). His quote included wall patching, which many other plumbers do not offer. The crew was efficient, did a fair job of cleaning up after themselves and communicated effectively.

The plumber which was contracted out by Stephan then told me it would be an extra $150 to actually install the faucet and the finishing and that if agreed he would come back and finish. I called Stephan and told him that this was not what we agreed upon. He said he would complete the job at no charge. I called to set up a time and my phone call was never returned. I would not hire this company again.

Returned call promptly and offered to come over same day to perform work. When I asked for an estimate, they said they would have to give an estimate once they looked at the job. When plumber arrived, quoted price of $450.00 to install a brand new sink that was already assembled! Declined to have company perform the work.

Stephan's crew of four men completed the job in a day and a half, with minimum water turn-off. They were very careful in digging around my long established plants. They had to cut out only four plants out of over 200 feet of plants. They did a neat job of cutting the concrete and repaired it well. They also patched an existing piece of broken concrete before they left. They finished the job on Friday and he called on Monday to make sure everything was all right. We were very pleased with the work.

The owner and one technician did the work. They were efficient, kept me advised of the progress of the job, and cleaned up well.

They did some work on the toilet and pump under the house, and pipes and were very high in price. After they left, sink stopped up, I called them back out and they charged me another $250. Extremely high cost.

A crew of 4 started about 8:30 AM on 12-18-06. They removed the steel pipe and replace it with copper. Water was back on by 2:30 PM with all removed material removed from property. The next day they patched the walls, cleaned up any mess and was gone by about 2:00PM.

Went very well, called yesterday around 5:00, came out today. Very nice. Seems a little expensive, but I have nothing to compare the pricing to, so don't quote me on price.

First of all, he was punctual. I did have to help him because he had to turn the water off and he didn't have a helper to tell him that the water was off or to help him blow out the water line. He cleaned out the cart-ride of my fixtures because I wasn't getting any hot water to come out of my faucets in the shower. Then, he repaired the leak in my faucet of my bathroom sink.

I called because our water heater was leaking from the bottom. It as very old and we knew it was time for a new one. I called and they came out immediately. I had to leave to pick up my daughter from school. When I returned in little over an hour, he had removed and replaced the water heater. Cleaned up the garage, (even moving things that were close to the heater to a safer location). As my daughter and I were pulling into the drive way, he was bringing our trash bins in. It was garbage pickup day! Very courteous, nice gentleman. I have used several different plumbers and have always been disappointed. We will definitely use them again. My husband runs a large theater in LA and we are always looking for good people. We just found some one terrific for our files.

Very well, they came on time and worked efficiently. They even noticed areas of galvanized plumbing that a previous plumber had assured me were already changed to copper, and went back to re-pipe them as well. My only small complaint was not cleaning up outside the house in the lawn where they had patched the stucco. But overall I was very happy.
