James arrived promptly at appointment time. I asked for estimate only but he was nice enough to try to snake out the drain and see if he could fix the issue. But unfortunately, it didn't fix the issue but he didn't charge me for it. He then gave me estimates on works that needed to be done to fix the issue. I appreciate the helpfulness of him. He didn't pressure me in doing the work.

We had a plumbing backup and needed to move fast, and New Pipe did so after an intro by Angie's List. Billy and Jeremy were day one contacts. Day two Billy led a larger crew and completed the job. Billy is a technical plumbing expert. The owner Stephan provided helpful opinions and options by phone during the project. Mary in the office was also and excellent part of the team with everyone rated excellent. Warranty is now in place and we are good to go.

billy joe was fantastic. we heard gurgling in our toilet and shower and wanted to do something about it before it got really bad. he came out and snaked our main line, diagnosed the problems right away and thoroughly explained all of our options. we've used new pipe in the past and have been very satisfied, and stephan gave us a competitive rate. we got a second opinion for the exact same cost, and decided to stick with new pipe because of our previous satisfaction and mostly because billy joe seemed very trustworthy. it's been about a month since we had the work done, and we're very satisfied that we avoided a collapsed line, and of course no more mysterious gurgling sounds. i only dinged their punctuality because the day they came out to do the original inspection/estimate they were very late, but it seems like they were super busy and possibly overbooked. they provided the snaking service that day for free, clearing out enough roots to buy us the time to decide how to proceed with the bigger project. really appreciate the great customer service.

I worked with Phillip and he was great. They came because of a backed up sewage line but found a bigger problem involving leaky pipes. Phillip was able to explain the problem and show me exactly where the leaks where under the house. He gave me multiple choices as to how to deal with the problem and gave me his overall recommendation. He was able to fix the problem quickly. I have used New Pipe on multiple occasions for various problems and have always been pleased with the service. Phillip went above and beyond by anticipating future needs and even an outside spout to a more convenient locations for me.

section replacement pipe was not sealed properly. had other problem which service person was not willing to fix right away. had to be another job, another cost. hired another plumber to do major work on house plumbing who is reasonably priced.

The worst disaster a home can have is when sewage pipes break. Toilets, showers, sinks cannot drain unless there is a clear flow to the main sewage pipe. Nothing is more gross than raw sewage flooding up through toilets and flooding into the house. In my case, the toilet in the full bath caused a chain reaction so two toilets flooded up. I called a major name plumber -- who shall not be named for fear of reprisal -- who charged $1,250 to clean up and disinfect the bathrooms and snake out the toilets. They charged $1,000 alone basically to mop and dry the floor and disinfect. They then discovered the iron casting pipe under the house leading to the outside was broken and leaking. To replace about 6 feet with ABS and to install an overflow "clean out"? $6,000 + That's when I decided to get another estimate. I called New Pipe. Although it was Sunday and his day off, Billy came out to survey my situation. Their estimate for the same work was $800. How can there possibly be such a discrepancy in price? Well, in case you haven't heard. There's a lot of corrupt contractors out there. See Adam Carolla's new show "Catch a Contractor" http://www.spike.com/shows/catch-a-contractor Upon further inspection using video cams snaked through pipes, Billy found two more pipe breaks. One in between the two toilets and one in the clay piping leading from the house, under the ground, to the main in the middle of the street. (the house was built in 1953 when they used clay pipes which roots can easily penetrate and destroy). A four foot trench needed to be dug in the middle of the front yard. Here it was discovered that my huge magnolia tree sent thick roots that grew to occupy the entire pipe. The only way to solve the problem was to hydro-jet the roots. Fortunately, New Pipe invested in this super hi-tech hydro-jet machine. Then another hi-tech service was able to drill and install new ABS pipe lining -- 40 feet altogether. The standard cost for this is in the thousands of dollars. I'd hate to imagine what the first plumbers would have charged. The bottom line is, Billy and his excellent crew were able to get this massive nightmare job done in two days -- a job, after reviewing standard plumbing rates for doing the same work -- would have cost over $14,000. I had no idea how expensive such a major plumbing repair could cost. But they worked with me, knowing i'd have to beg and borrow the money and go into debt and I was given a huge discount. I shutter to think what the first scammers would have charged me. On top of all that, the new toilet I purchased from Home Depot was defective and missing parts. Billy agreed to return when I exchanged it and replace it free of charge. I cannot express more how professional, how courteous and how reasonably priced New Pipe Plumbing is. Thank God I found them and I recommend them highly.

While they aren't the least expensive plumbers around, they also aren't the priciest . The technician, Jim , was professional, punctual and courteous. I was satisfied.

I had the part that he needed. He was happy to change it for me. He did what it took to get me to be happy.

That experience was good. They were very nice people. They came right out and gave us an estimate. They gave us one in writing. He took his time with me and explained everything. All of the prices, he was giving me why but it was just too much at that time, we ended up going with a personal friend.

It was priced just about where you would expect it to be. We had a little problem. What happened was when they put the pipe in, somehow, one of my sprinkler line was cut and their first reaction was that they hadn't caused it and as it went on, we found out that they had caused it. They fixed the problem but it took me a little effort to get them out to do it.

We have used them many times for at least ten years. They are very reliable. They had done very good work. The only thing is that it always pays to ask about the price. It's a good idea to call the office and to make sure that they are giving us a correct price for the job. Their price is high.

While the price was much higher than I had expected, they were very willing to negotiate and the work was done quickly and efficiently and perfectly. The workers were extremely professional and courteous and left everything impeccable when they were done. Highly recommended.

Phillip was the guy that came out and he showed up quickly and on time. They explained in detail as well as showed me everthing that they were working on and looking at. They were very descriptive in explaining the issue with the sewer. I would highly recommend using this company and I will continue to use them in the future.

I would highly recommend Victor T. He was on time , got the job done real fast and worked around our work schedule so we were not inconvenienced or without water. He did great work and I would definitely have him do more work on our house again.

Phillip came out and took a look at our unexpected new water feature in the front yard where the old line had burst next to our 100 year old 60 foot tree. After looking it over, he gave us two options. First was a spot repair for $2,200. However it was going to be problematic. The broken line was less than 2 feet from the trunk of the tree, so they would have to cut some of the key roots in order to repair the line. Plus due to the location (and the fact that the line was PVC), we could possibly face this same issue again in the not to distant future. Option two (the one we selected), was $5,130 and involved shifting the line an additional 6 feet away from the base of the tree, and then running a brand new 1 in copper line from the street to the house. We were also in a time crunch as we were hosting a Bridal Shower at our house the next day at 1PM. Phillip and his crew showed up on time at 8AM and proceed to trench (while protecting the key roots of the tree, run the new line, connect it all with the house test the pressure, install an new shut off valve at the house, neatly fill in the trench and set the grass back on top and finished right at 1PM. They literally pulled away a minute before the first guest arrived. While there Phillip also snaked one of our bathroom sinks and checked out our cast iron drains beneath our house. The crew did a great job very quickly and Phillip was a really pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend New Pipe Plumbing, and I hope you get Phillip.

I had a good experience with them. They did a drain clean out. The first guy that came out and looked at it was making it really complicated. The next guy that came out made it simple. It got fixed and it was fine. I have moved since they did it, but I think that it is fine. I would use them again.

It was mixed. They were able to do things quickly for us but there were a couple of little problems. They scheduled up quickly. I felt pressured by the main guy. Also, when we went to mow our lawn, they left some of the pieces in our lawn. I guess they probably didn't notice because they were quickly trying to leave.
