They had to hand tile a shower for my parents which is stunning. It is not cheap but it is an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves. There is a 20 year warranty on the labor.

It was alright. They did the job. We had a little problem with one of the worker. They left the job not finished. They did not fix a whole in the wall they had to put in. The company sent someone out to do it though. They were very nice about it.

Steve and the guys from new pipe did a great job. They stuck to their original quote even when additional challenges meant they had to work a full extra day.

It went very well. Steve was very professional, nice, and patient (my mom called him several times about the job, and she doesn't speak English well, but he was very patient about it). They came out here right away after I asked them to.

Everything went well, I called about a mechanism that was not working correctly in my toilet and when the service person came out, he gave me an estimate on a part and how long it would take to replace it if he had to order a new part he also gave me an estimate if he replaced the entire toilet, I chose the new toilet.He was there on time did a good job and kept everything clean around the area he was working in and removed everything he had to replace when he left.

Stay away from this company. Way too expensive and not truthful. For the two burner cooktop, I had already purchased all the parts. A gas valve needed to be replaced with one that fits the hose. The job was extremely simple, but since it was Gas, I needed a licensed plumber to do the job. They came and gave me an estimate for $320. I knew this is way too expensive because I had two estimates for my 36" Cooktop in my kitchen for $150 and $175. I ended up paying $264 (excluding parts) for a 36" cooktop, dish washer, and garbage disposal Installation. Dish washer installation was very hard as they needed to cut the drywall to fit the drain pipes. If needed I have got all the invoices and estimates to proof that I am being completely truthful. So, since I knew this price is out of line, I have asked him why it is so expensive? He said that he needs parts. We have agreed on $250.00 since I've believed them and thought that maybe it is not as simple as I think it is. They have worked barely over one hour, did not needed to use any parts besides the ones already purchased by me. So, the job was replacing a gas valve with a new one that fits the hose and connect the hose to the burner. After the job was done, I have verified that they did need to add any parts besides the ones purchased by me. For the faucet, the faucet was already connected was only missing two reducers to connect the warm & cold water hoses. So, I told them that I am being over charged here as you told me that you need parts, but you did not use any parts besides the ones that I had provided. The answer was: "Our company price for connecting a two-burner cooktop is $320". This was the first time that I was hearing it will cost $320 to connect a two-burner cooktop, where the customer has already provided all the necessary plumbing parts. I told them that we have agreed on $250 because you told me that you need to use parts. Since, you did not need any parts, I am expecting to get a break on this bill. The plumbers were punctual, courteous, very informative and neat. First they looked with a camera into the sewer pipes and saw that many of the cast iron pipes (approx 70 years old) were badly cracked and filled with roots. They showed me with the camera exactly where the problems were - under the house, in our front yard, and in the pipes leading to the main sewer line. They gave us the option of clearing out the roots and/or replacing the pipes. We decided to replace the pipes since we have had sewer problems in the recent past and the cast iron pipes were very old. The job took two days. They had to dig down seven feet to access the pipes in our front yard. When they were finished, the lawn was in amazingly good shape and we were given a 10 year warranty on their work. I hope I never have to use them again, but they would be the first ones I'd call for a sewer problem.

I was very pleased with their work. They were professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and honest.

Jack was our contact guy. Came out and wrote our quote. Showed up on time. Really professional. Listened to what we wanted. Told us he would get back with us the next day. The next day we got the email. We've been very dissapointed with contractors/service people not even giving us a quote. Or even returning our calls. Jack was great so we scheduled for the following week. He told us three days. They got here early the first day. Started right away with the crew. They worked quickly and efficiently. Jack was here the whole time. Only left for supplies. Stephan (the owner) would come by in the evenings and evaluate how things were going. We were very pleased. They finished midway through the third day as promised. We needed them to come back for a vent down the road when we replaced the roof. Jack assured us that they'd return to finish the job. True to his word, he showed up exactly when we needed and finished the job himself. Later on we had trouble with the system that they installed. Due to no fault or workmanship of theirs. (actually our other contractors fault, but we'll get to that in the next review) Jack showed up the NEXT day. Fixed our problem. I wish New Pipe did other contracting work. We'd use them. LOL We recommend them to anyone who asks.

Called to clear a drain and fix a leaky toilet. They were very punctual and completed the work quickly. Unfortunately the house is more than fifty years old and the clogged drain was due in great part to very old and very corroded outflow pipes. The best that could be attained was about a 60% flow rate. I was offered a very good price to replace the outflow pipe from the problem sink drain and they also offered to credit the job with what I already paid for the original drain and leak. I was concerned about the other outflow pipes which would need to be tied into the new replaced pipe. As it turned out my fears were justified as once the new pipe was being installed the other ancient outflow pipes gave way. I was stuck with a job I couldn't afford. They were extremely understanding and we agreed at a price I could afford. The work was completed quickly and professionally. I will most certainly use them again.

Our experience with Stephan and New Pipe was fantastic. They were professional, courteous, attentive. They did a partial copper re-pipe in the attic. Half way through the first day, we lost power in the house. They kept working anyway and found a way around the issue. They were more reasonable than the other bids we got for the work, were done, did the work twice as fast as everyone else said it would take, and were very nice to work with. We highly recommend them.

New-pipe is very competitive in their pricing; however, we were offered a lower price by some plumbers who were working on our house for another project. The plumbers we went with did not have the best technology, but it was what we could afford at the time. If you are looking for a reputable company that's competitive in price and has the latest plumbing technology to replace main lines and such without digging up your whole yard then I would recommend them. The only thing I was unhappy about was I tried to get another camera inspection later for the same price that I paid before ($95), and I was told it would cost $225. I think the same price should be honored for the same job again. I felt I was not offered the same price because I did not hire them for the main line.

Everything went really well with them and I would use them again.

They did really good work. He explained everything in great detail. They always showed up on time and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The project turned out to be a lot more expensive than we expected. All of the old cast iron pipes needed replaced. In the end it turned out out that the connection to the city sewer line had been severed in a previous earth quake. My only concern is that I did not receive a line itemized receipt. When I was receiving estimates we didn't understand the full scope of the work. The part of the work that we received other estimates on, was a very competitive price. However, as problems arose I chose to have them fix the issues and did not receive other estimates for the larger job this project turned out to be.

No story. Very nice, professional folks who did a great job.

They arrived on time, started the work and finished withing the stated time and once the worked was inspected by the City of LA, they returned and closed all excavations.

A week before escrow closed, water began pouring into our garage from the kitchen above. We called New-Pipe and Jack came out. He was courteous, professional and prompt. Determined that the problem was limited to one small T-shaped pipe. Everything was taken care of in time, and New-Pipe agreed to be paid through escrow.

Our kitchen faucet was leaking and I called New Pipe since they are the highest rated plumbers on Angie's List. They quoted $460 to replace the faucet. This is an absolutely ridiculous price. I felt like I was being taken advantage of and will never contact this company again. I got someone else to replace the faucet for $70.

They were great and super fine. They were very responsible and took care of everything. The price was very fair. They were very quick. We would absolutely use them again.

The work was performed very well. My only disappointment was in the price. I think that $280 is REALLY expensive for the work that was done. I may use this plumber again, but not without an estimate ahead of time.

Our contractors had installed all four fixtures improperly. The two sink fixtures were leaking and the shower and tub fixtures were an inch from the wall (because the valves coming out of the wall were also installed by our contractors incorrectly). We called New-Pipe at 9 a.m., expecting to be booked a few days out. Jack was at our house within 3 hours to give us a free consultation. His disposition was sincere and trustworthy and I didn't at all feel taken for a ride. He offered a fair price, up-front with no hidden charges or "by-the-hour" pricing. I immediately booked him for the job. He arrived the next morning, promptly when promised and the company even put together a detailed report for us with pictures to go to the contractors with, showing that the work was originally done improperly. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We have had more than 20 different vendors and servicemen in our home during our remodeling. None of them respected our home like Jack. He took care in protecting our floors from his work, when he had to move furniture, he put it back exactly as he found it. Sounds simple enough, but manners and pride in one's work are things we have not found in our other contractors. From George, who I originally spoke to on the phone to the other people in the office, they were an absolute, professional treat. I will only use them from now on for any plumbing needs.

Ashot and his brother came to service the problem. They were friendly upon arrival and efficient while working; the issue was resolved in less than an hour. Everything was cleaned up before they left. I was also given the opportunity to ask questions and learn about how I can prevent the issue from recurring. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely call New-Pipe for future maintenance and servicing.

We came back from a trip out of the country to find our water heater leaking badly and decided that we could not put off plumbing repairs any longer. We contacted Stephan to get a 2nd opinion after getting a bid from another company. He promptly set up an appointment, met with us and very quickly gave us a quote for the proposed work. We were worried that the hot water heater would 'die' before the work could be done but much to our delight, Stephan was able to begin the work right away. Stephan made it a priority to replace the water heater first thing so we had hot water every evening and morning throughout the repair. The work crew arrived on time every day, were very cordial, and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves each day. Stephan listened to our concerns, clearly explained the plan for work each day, kept us informed of any changes, and could not have been more pleasant or customer service focused. He went out of his way to find tile to match the original tile in the shower. He also was very responsive to changes we requested during the course of the project. All work was completed on time and met our expectations. We had worried about how disruptive this work would be to our day to day busy lives but could not have been more wrong about this - Stephan and his staff did a great job in getting this project done with virtually no disruption to our daily schedules. I would recommend this company to my friends and family without hesitation.

They worked out great. The price and workmanship was good. They were nice guys.

We went with a different company for this job. The quote was thorough, they were on time, and they spent about the same amount of time here as the other companies. At the end of the day, they were a little more expensive than the person we went with. Also, New-Pipe did not offer to purchase the hot water heater and fixtures like the company we went with did.
