Overall positive. Phillip spent extra time working with me and discussing options for the sewer and mapping out the sewer location to help give an estimate.

They were pretty good. It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we bought. They were pretty honest and they finished everything according to the contract. I would highly recommend them. The price was pretty competitive because it was the deal. They were very professional.

The job went smoothly. The technician was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. New Pipe provides a 2 hour window for the service call (unlike many companies that will only give a 4 hour window). They call before arriving and are on time. The technician accurately diagnosed the problems and arranged for an appt to do the work the next day. I have used them before and will continue to use them in the future.

Came on time. Went to work right away. Explained to me what the procedure was and completed the job to my satisfaction. I would use them again.

They were very knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed with their service. Their pricing was a little bit higher, but it was very reasonable.

The phone call was easy, giving me an appt for the next day at 2:30PM, with a window of a couple hours. When I arrived home at 2:30 the truck was parked in front. Marco was a quiet and efficient guy who understood the layout quickly, set up his equipment, viewed the whole line with a TV camera, rooted out the obstacle, checked again with the camera, and the job was done.

Service was good but I felt the price negotiations a bit unpleasant and we were left with the taste that we overpaid even though the work was quite extensive. The clean up afterwards was ok. Overall pleased but not thrilled.

had an issue with the drain in my house. called and the company was on it the same day. very well done

I've actually used this company several times in the past for various plumbing jobs and loved their service. I called and scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and no one showed or called. I did notice that some of the more recent reviews were unfavorable, perhaps I should have taken that into account before calling this time.

They were like any other plumber. They did good work.

Good. I was a bit disappointed that a camera inspection was not done since he did not have a camera small enough for the job.

Made a phone call for an estimate. A lady on the phone was very friendly and professional. She sent Al within an hour. Al arrived on time, found a cause within an hour and worked on to stop the leak. Very pleasant experience: )

New Pipe Plumbing replaced the sewer line to city connection. It was a big job. They had to open up the street. Marco and Nico and all the other guys were the best!!

I setup the appointment they showed up when they said and performed the work as stated.

It was a big two-day project because of all of the digging involved. They laid in new pipe and the linings. They were on time and professional. They were easy to work with. They are responsible and were quite informative as to everything that needed to be done.

Excellent service. Stephan not only did what is required by fixing our gas valve but also went above and beyond by helping me install our gas range. He also made sure that our gas line and water heaters are functioning properly. Very professional service and efficient.

The job was done professionally. They had to cut through some concrete and dig two holes. The price was about 20% higher then their original estimate, because they discovered some of the pipes had collapsed and could not be relined, which seems about average for this type of thing. New pipe patched the hole in the cement and filled the holes in the ground.

I?m actually looking forward to writing this review, so I can STICK IT TO New-Pipe in much the same way they?ve treated me. To begin, I e-mailed New-Pipe on January 31, 2013, asking them for a quote to install my new washing machine and gas dryer. I received a same-day reply stating: ?Basic Installation of a washer/ dryer is $129 price. This price does not include any parts and price based on all the hook ups already available. Thank you -Laura? I was fine with the price and purchased the Angie?s List Big Deal for New-Pipe?$100 of service for $50. I then called New-Pipe and spoke to Laura. She told me a plumber would call me to schedule the appointment. Later that day, I received a phone call from an unnamed New-Pipe plumber. He stated he would call me the next day at 9:30 AM to schedule an appointment. He never called. I called New-Pipe and spoke with Laura once again. She was very apologetic and scheduled an appointment for me. On the day of the appointment, the plumber arrived almost an hour late. He gave me his card?his name is Mario Escobar. Mario looked over my washer and dryer for a few minutes, opened the packages of the supplies I had purchased to hook up the washer/dryer, and then went outside, where he talked on his cell phone for a few minutes. He returns and tells me he can?t install my washer and dryer for $129.00. I tell him that?s the price I was quoted and I have the e-mail to prove it. I opened the e-mail Laura had sent me and showed it to Mario?he tells me Laura works in the office?this was his response, and for some reason, it made rational sense to him. I told him I didn?t care where she worked?she quoted me the price and she works for New-Pipe. Mario the plumber tells me he can?t do it for $129?he tells me he has to charge me an ADDITIONAL $225 to install my dryer. I tell him that won?t be happening, and he tells me I need $70 in additional parts. I tell Mario I?m more than happy to pay for the parts, but I?m paying him $129 + the $70 for parts to install my washer & dryer. Mario tells me he can?t do it, and at this point, I?m done dealing with the clown. Mario leaves, and I call New-Pipe. I speak with a woman named Patti, who apologizes profusely and then asks for my information. She tells me the supervisor will call me back ?the moment he steps in.? I thank her, hang up the phone and wait. It?s now four days later, and I think it?s safe to say I won?t be getting that call. The good news (if there is any) is Angie?s List refunded my $50 for the ?Big Deal?. New-Pipe Plumbing is a poorly-run price-gouging company who doesn?t stand behind anything they say, let alone possess the courtesy to return a simple telephone call. Quoting me a price and attempting to nearly TRIPLE it while on premises is fraud, in my opinion. This might work on the naïve or meek, but I?m not going to put up with it! I won?t be wasting my time with this company any longer, BUT I WILL DO ALL I CAN to let others know of New-Pipe?s business practices and my negative experience in dealing with the company.

There service was pretty quick. There were no hassles. They cleaned my main drain line and hooked up a little outdoor sink. I don't know if it was covered, but either as a courtesy or because I hadn't reached the full amount of $50.00 yet that was on the coupon, they brought a little camera they stuck down the drain line so they could check and kind of show me what the big issue on the pipe is. They gave me a bid to repair the problems that were an issue outside of the $100.00 coverage, which was more problematic than what I had expecting. So, they called me up and gave me a quote a couple of days later. They were really good. I don't have any complaints, really. There were no real issues. Communication was really good.

Repipe was not only the best estimate, but they were friendly and I didn't feel like a salesperson was trying to badger me. They came out when they were scheduled, on-time and ready to work. They accomplished the work in the time they said it would be and they cleaned up after themselves. I was very satisfied.

We are RAVING FANS of Stephan and New Pipe Plumbing. We will call on them anytime we have future plumbing issues!

I did a web search on water softeners and they had one of the better brands. They seemed to know what they were doing. They had a very good knowledge of the water softener so they seemed to have part of their operation specialized in that.

They overcharged me for it. I got three drains cleaned out for $400.00. He wanted $500.00 but I said it was too much. He called the office and they said he could reduce it to $478.00. I still said it sounded like an awful lot so he got it reduced to $400.00. I still think $400.00 is way too much for three drains. I am really disappointed. I am on social security and I don't have a lot of money. I still have repairs to pay for. Once you get these guys in here and they do the work, what can you do? I could have had Mike Diamond for $300.00. If I had known this New-Pipe Plumbing & Rooter would be so much even with a discount then I wouldn't have used them. He gave me an estimate for $900.00 to change the shower faucet. I told him I did not want it done. I will not use New-Pipe Plumbing & Rooter again. He was afraid to take the shower knob off to fix it so I do not think he knew how to fix it.

This was a huge mess but they did a good job and getting the job done. I would highly recommend. They did a wonderful job.
