Money Saver Plumbing

I like that they are a small company. When I call and explain the situation they are usually able to come out the same day. They call when they are on their way. They do good work and accept credit cards.

I'm guessing Money Saver Plumbing (MSP) gets all its business from Home Warranty companies and doesn't care at all about customer service or reviews because it doesn't have a website and isn't on yelp or Angie's List (I just added it). My home warranty company assigned MSP to take care of a broken pipe in the crawl space of our home ($60 deductible - that's why the cost of service is $60). MSP was totally unwilling to work with me on scheduling a workable time. When I finally agreed to the only window of time they offered (12pm - 2pm), I let them know I would have to leave my home no later than 2pm. They showed up at 2:15 after I had already left. I received a call saying the plumber was at my house and needed me to be home to turn on faucets for him to find the leak. I said I could be there in 20 minutes because I was dropping my daughter at an appointment. The MSP receptionist said, and quot;Oh no! Our plumbers won't wait more than 5 minutes, honey.and quot; I of course replied, and quot;But I was there during your window of time and I had told you I would need to leave by 2pm.and quot; No budging. When I returned home, other workers I had outside the house told me they were going to show the plumber where the problem was under the house, but after peering in, he said he didn't want to go under and left. The two workers who were at my house separately said to me that they guy was just lazy and they both warned me against having him come back to do my plumbing. I called someone I trust unrelated to the warranty company, paid the full price, and the problem is fixed. On a side note, the MSP receptionist talked down to me, and was generally rude in tone. She speaks under the guise of kindness, but calling me sweetie and honey is not appropriate.
