I needed a repiping job done at my old home. As soon as I made a contact via internet I got a response from Coast to Coast in 24 hours as they promised. We made an appointment for 10:00 am but because of my past experiences with the construction workers, I prepared myself to wait for an additional hour or so. To my surprise a very pleasant and courteous plumber showed up exactly at the appointment time to take the pictures and measurements. I got an estimate the next day from an equally pleasant Colleen Falvey at the offices of Coast to Coast. This company's area of interest is in large and medium size projects and their estimate covered exactly what they promised to do. I postponed the work to assess if this justifiably expensive repair job should have the priority over the other repair needs of the house, especially if selling of the property is concerned. In other words, although they have not done the job yet, I can vouch for their professionalism without any hesitation based on my dealings with them. I wish all the other construction companies I contacted have the same principles as the Coast to Coast's.

They came out after another company left us high and dry. They were very responsive, incredibly pleasant, and incredibly professional. They came two days after I called them. They had a “can do” attitude. They came in and had no problem doing the job and working with the plumber and coordinating with the plumber and the floor people in getting the job done. They did what a contractor should do. I can't say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend them.
