I don't know what I'm supposed to do with this HORRENDOUS customer service. I paid so much money for what I thought was a high quality stone that offered a lifetime guarantee. Turns out that isn't true at all. I would expect a company of this size to stand behind it's product and deliver top notch customer service. There is nothing abnormal about the use of my countertop and it should not be in the condition it's in after so little time. I would strongly suggest you go with ANYONE ELSE other than Caesarstone. They are simply the worst, will take your money and not stand behind their "guarantee"!!
Description of Work: Two years ago, I purchased and renovated my first home. I loved the look of Caesarstone countertops and had that installed in my kitchen. Unfortunately, I've had nothing but trouble since then with the countertops chipping for no reason in such a short amount of time! In the first month, we had one major chip that I asked to be fixed. That fix (filled with some other material to match the countertop) is now chipping as well. In the two years we've had several chips appear. I reached out to Caesarstone about the issue. They sent a technician over who admitted that it was odd that it would chip so much. They offered to fill the chips in with a similar matching material. When I asked what I'm supposed to do if this issue will continue to occur (which it likely will given my experience). The technician just said, continue to call us to repair them. I wasn't satisfied with this "solution" and I asked the technician to have his manager call me to discuss what can be done. Only a month later did I hear back from them in the form of a letter where they said they are not responsible for chips and reiterated that I declined the repairs when the technician came out.

THEY WERE VERY NICE, AND VERY ENTHUSIASTIC. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL. I WOULD ASK HIM ABOUT THIS, AND HE WOULD SAY YOU CAN'T DO THIS, BUT YOU CAN DO THAT. THIS WAS VERY HELPFUL AS I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS DOING.
