If you do get Alan to answer he promises to send someone multiple times and no o e shows up nor is there any communication. It all falls on you to play phone tag and in the end you know he is not going to fix the damage to your ceiling. This deserves a poor rating. Did not expect him to be like this

Do not rely on Alan Cabrera. I accepted his estimate for a small project on 9/29/23. He eventually agreed to schedule the work for 10/19/23. The day before that I called, texted and emailed him to confirm he was coming. No reply. He did not arrive on 10/19/23 to perform the work and again did not reply to my call, text and email asking what the status was. I have to assume he has decided against doing the project. I cannot rate the quality of his work because he did not do any but clearly his customer service is terrible.

The team collaborate effectively and did my patio flat rock roof in half a day only because of efficiency and men power. No more leak coming through the ceiling during today's rain but still found some small pebbles that came down from the roof.

The team was efficient, competent, focused, business-like and very nice. We could not be happier with their performance and professionalism.

Came quickly and was personable, but roof continued to leak and he never returned ANY of my calls or texts. Just took the money and ran. I will not hire anyone from Angi again. Ask your friends for referrals. Ask on Neighbor app. I am not sure how the ratings are so high for this roofer.

They didn't clean up after the project. I was the one picking up the nails.

Alan came up with a great fix for my leaky roof which was in my small budget and worked beautifully! He and his dad Walter worked quickly and efficiently and followed up to make sure all was well. I highly recommend them!

Alan (the owner) was very upfront about what needs to be done. Very professional and reasonably priced. He was my first estimate and felt he was honest and reasonable with his pricing. Definitely would recommend them!
