Description of Work: Blair Lechtenberg has helped me with pest control for 10 years at 3 different properties. He has always been prompt, has great attention to detail, friendly, and also importantly, he's happy to teach you about the bugs - what they like, where they live, life cycle, etc. He has done tenting, spot control, dry rot repair for me. He's worked in real estate escrow situations, and also routine services. Today, he came to look at what I thought was termite evidence and said, no, it was a type of beetle, there's no real need to worry or have him do anything. Just keep an eye on it. When something needed to be done, he and his crew did it thoroughly and completely. And when something doesn't need to be done, he says so, and you get to have a nice chat. A+
