Joe, the one who responded to our service call arrived ahead of time and was very quick at troubleshooting the problem. He was accurate and worked very fast as evidence of his expertise. A very courteous and professional guy. We would recommend his company to our homeowner's network.

It was easy to get a hold of Mike on the phone, and I was able to get an appt the next day. Joe was on time, professional, and clearly knowledgeable and experienced. They told me up front what the charge would be and amount of time the job would take, and stuck to both. Joe is there to do the job right, and he does not cut corners. Cleaned up any mess. I felt comfortable with him in my home. I called back the next week to have a ceiling fan installed. I would definitely use Bayside again. They seem honest and reliable, and overall just a great company.
