Excellent communication via telephone and email. Made appointment, provided expense report with specific breakdown as requested. Arrived a little late due to traffic conditions but called to let us know why he would be late -- that is understandable. Completed all work and we were extremely pleased with all installations. Bay Side offers honest and professional services. We have asked them to do another wiring project for us. Highly recommend.

Very professional. Installation of my tesla charger was awesome although there were issues with the design of the actually charger (Tesla product) but the electrician adapted and overcame the design issue and it looks great.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company! My breaker basically caught fire and I had no power to my house. The owner of the company rushed over and went out of his way to install a new panel and restore power asap. I highly recommend this business!

Joe and his assistant Nathan were on time, efficient and very professional. They installed 4 ceiling fans, two can lights and replaced an attic fan. They made sure all of my questions were answered, went above and beyond my expectations and the job was affordable.

I normally don't give max high marks but this company is unique. On time, knowledgeable, fast and most of all economical. They even called when they had an earlier appointment time become available. Owner came to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Great company.

I spoke with the owner about our project. The work was done well. There were issues that were out of his control.

From beginning to end was a 24 hour period. Mike gave us a quote and sent to gentleman out the next day it only took two hours the reason why we didn't give five stars is because they were half an hour late. I still would hire them again.

Came on time and worked systematically to find the source of a dead outlet. Also fixed an overhead bathroom light as well as replaced 2 light cans with sealed led recessed lights which burn brighter and cooler than the originals. All around, a personable, capable young man; I would use this company again.
