+ 0 moreReferred by another landscaping company when I called for a yard clean-up. Salvador was prompt. We were about to move abroad and needed to finish our landscaping projects quickly. Salvador was at my home within 12 hours of talking to him to propose an estimate, and had finished the project 4 days later in spite of December rains. He and his crew were polite, clean, straight-forward and pleasant. I would highly recommend him. He stuck very close to his estimate and we only deviated when materials were not available as quickly as I needed and I was willing to pay extra to get them. His rates are VERY reasonable if you have tried landscaping yourself and know the actual costs of high-quality materials as we did.
Description of Work: My purpose was to make my property as maintenance-free and yet attractive as possible. As I requested, he weeded and put down Ronstar G herbicide, and laid a weed block layer and redwood mulch on top. Pruned and trimmed all existing plants (lavender, purple potato plants, Mexican Primroses, etc.). Arranged existing rocks, potted plants and gravel to form an artistic pseudo-stream that wound around my front path. Hauled away all the weeds and other debris and left the front yard blown clean and looking fresh. He will be maintaining my approximately 5000 square foot property while we rent it out and live abroad.
