Still not complete. Made over 10 appointments with no shows. Stamped concrete is poorly stamped, planter boxes installed improperly. Bark and fabric done correctly,irrigation system not what was in contract. waterfall installed poorly and needed redone,pump for system is used and has no warranty, plants not installed correctly and to instructions. Hispanic workers have a difficult time understanding Phan's accent. The price was very fair but workmanship rushed and many workers did not understand how to do things correctly. Phan is seldom there and is off to purchase materials or to bid other jobs.u. Phan's ability to start the job quickly gets him a lot of work. Once he is mostly paid it is hard to get him to come back and finish. I would not use him again and ended up firing him after not showing up three times in a row. On 6/15 the waterfall pump shorted out. The pump was taken out and it was found that the pump installed was a used pump not for use in a koi pond as it has oil. Several koi died. The pump had rusted bolts. Pham was called to replace the pump but did not even return the telephone call. In no case would I use Pham for future work . He has refused to replace dead plants and do repairs on faulty work. His main concern seems to be getting paid,

They did a good job, I've used them before. They are very affordable. They put some rocks down for me as well. They did a good job with my lawn irrigation project too. He's very knowledgable.

He did a really good job. I would use him again in the future.
