Our skilled technicians will perform a complete diagnosis, then propose a range of solutions. Jeffrey Gray Plumbing utilizes a menu pricing system so you will know how much it will cost before the work begins. We don’t charge for travel time, and give a uniform “flat rate” schedule to all of our customers which saves you money. All of our estimates, contract, invoices and forms are digital. We maintain a digital archive of your estimates, service history, contracts, and invoices that is available to you online. Whether you need new installation, routine maintenance or emergency repair service, you can count on Jeffrey Gray Plumbing for all of your home plumbing needs. We offer a one year warranty on repairs and two years on new installations. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal as forms of payment.

Deontae, again was great, did a great job of installing garbage deposal and went the extra mile applying caulking were needed around top of kitchen sink tub and did a quick check of my master bathroom

Mr. Grey demonstrated excellent knowledge of a complicated plumbing situation. This involved two plumbing systems, one going to a type of septic tank for grease, and another directly to the public sewer. Mr. Grey acted in a very responsible manner. I have seen another review above which was critical of Mr. Grey's pricing and charges for a certain job. Clearly this other reviewer did not create a dialogue with Mr. Grey. The costs cited are very reasonable for many jobs requiring digging up of sewer pipes. Clearly this other reviewer did not discuss with Mr. Grey the various options. When I did this with Mr. Grey he was very responsive to alternatives at different costs. We chose the alternative that was most reasonable under the circumstances. Mr. Grey is very responsive and very understanding of your needs and financial circumstances. He is professional in every way. He is very considerate of price and value. You are charged for what is needed in a reasonable manner.

I love to write positive 5 star reviews. I really dragged my heels with this one, but I really have to be honest and Angie's list nags you until you finish so OK. It was shocking what Jeffrey Gray wanted to charge for work at my son's house which I manage when he is deployed. I paid him $300. He did nothing except give an ELABORATE estimate with a bunch of pictures which I can never use (could have potentially been useful but only to the degree of the value of a REPAIR) but I really wanted to find a plumber that I could hire to fix things for future years. Mr. Gray wanted $2,700 to replace a supply hose on one toilet and to put new supply hoses on the other two to prevent future leaks. I just paid a local plumber $75 to do the same thing to the toilet upstairs. Shocking. He put a Christian symbol on his card, but I'm not sure what he means by it.
