Description of Work: Daniel Cox is a very nice person, but is completely lacking in providing a thorough, complete and professional estimate of cost, services and warranties. Aside from a narrative of services that was filled with grammatical errors, he informed me that he would not be responsible for pulling permits, or scheduling inspections. He offered no information on warranties of service, equipment or labor. Like a said, he's a very nice person, but his estimate which is the beginning of a contractual relationship was completely unacceptable. I chose another contractor for the job, not one from Angie's List.

+ -1 moreI highly recommend Cox Heating and Air Conditioning. The estimate they prepared was right on track with the final bill. The installer showed up right on time and was done in a very timely manner. He was very professional and helpful with info about our new unit. Several years ago, Cox Heating repaired our furnace also and we had the same experience. If you need a repair or replacement to your heating or air conditioning unit, consider calling Cox Heating and Air!
