WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I have never been so disappointed or felt so ripped off by a major purchase. THIS COMPANY WILL SHAKE YOU DOWN TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DAMAGE YOUR HOUSE. AND THEN DISAPPEAR We hired professionals to get a professional finish and add value to our home. Not only are we out thousands of dollars but the closet installation lowered the value of our house. Our designer Renee M. came out to our house, did measurements, showed us samples, compiled an order and we signed up thinking we had struck gold. Never once did she mention that when they rip out your old closet you are left to patch the holes in your wall and carpet. Never once did she mention that backing was not included. We ordered specialty cabinet facing and crown molding. We were told we were getting 50% off as part of a holiday promotion (WHO WOULD PAY ANY MONEY FOR THE TERRIBLE WORK DONE?!) When installation day arrived we were shocked by the end result. My closet has holes in the wall, holes in the floor, and crappy, worse than self installed home depot level closet finishes. To add injury to insult, two of the finishes did not materialize (crown molding and fancy drawer faces). We thought it must be a mistake, we called on multiple occasions and complained and spent the next 48 hours being told someone would call, that this would be fixed. They would figure out where things had gone wrong. NO CALLS. I AM ASHAMED I DID NOT READ REVIEWS BEFORE SIGNING. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.

Did not score and take out base board properly. Ripped up drywall. I had to trim out new closet to make it look right. Poor installation technique.

I used Closet World but it was through Home Depot store. You go in there and see something, and they contacted Closet World but the referal came from Home Depot.I like our new closet. I got it on sale, and they did a good job. It was very organized. The closet Ihad was a normal closet. For my husbands side, they put in suits, shirts, pants, and for my side they put in skirts, sweaters, pants and dresses and shoes. There are shelves in it also. I would say that when they come in, make sure that when they measure, that you have coat hangers so you can put them up there to see how long the coat hanger is from the organizer.At first they gave me cubby holes, that looked like children's book cases. So, I called them up and said this is not what I signed up for. I want it done the way I want it done. So I would make sure that I have a coat hanger in my hand and lets go up there and lets measure to make sure that the coat hanger is not way out. Make sure that it is to your liking. I signed up for what I saw on the pamphlet. They did make adjustments and they didn't charge me any extra money. If they did charge me, then I would have called the corporate office. I am going to use them again.
