We had a wonderful experience with her - she is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful with all aspects of the process. We were first-time buyers and didn't know what we were doing, but she was extremely patient and walked us through everything. We really couldn't have had an easier and less stressful home-buying experience, and I attribute that to Sherri.

Description of Work: Sheri is truly a stand out in her field. She is kind, intelligent, extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I bought my first home. She also helped me to buy my first investment property which was a short pay. Sheri was always available for questions and guidance during a very challenging negotiation. She is an excellent communicator, a hard worker and will get back to you any time of day or night with answers. I am using her now to look for another property.

Description of Work: Sheri was fantastic. We sold my uncle's house after it was left in bad shape after his death. She helped us get good people to fix it up at a very reasonable cost. She was there making each step of the process as painless as possible in a very difficult situation. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She was amazing in each aspect of this process from ideals on how to improve the home's value to getting buyers to come see the property. Sheri was professional, personable and tireless in her efforts to be successful.
