The man who came out was very difficult to understand and when it came time for the invoice he scribbled and scratched on the invoice a price of $385.00 and I was very unsatisfied with this.

Replaced a drain part in the dishwasher. The part was $20, service was $300 on a $600 dishwasher and took forever to get the parts (which I could have gotten on Amazon). I went so far as to cancel the service and they gave me a discount off the already quoted price so I finally had them do it. The dishwasher still doesn't work properly, but I've learned a workaround.

The technician showed up on time, was very pleasant and repaired my drier as promised, he was very knowledgeable and efficient.

He was very thorough and informative.

It went well. He was neat and clean. The cost was extremely high and they did not list the part that was exchanged nor left the old part with me.

Wonderful job by these guys we did not expect worse from them because of their reviews. They came over checked to see what the problem was with our dishwasher and then replaced the pump. Ever since the dishwasher has been working great. Great job by AAA Local Appliance Repair.

FINE, CAME ON TIME. CHECKED OUT THOROUGLY. ICE MK NEED REPLACEMENT CHOICE NOT TO HAVE IT DONE. ICE/WATER WAS SHUT OFF PER MY INSTRUCTIONS. I WAS TOLD WHAT THE COST WAS TO REPLACE AND CHOSE NOT TO HAVE IT DONE. REPAIRMAN GAVE EXCELLENT INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO CARE FOR IT, WHAT TO LOOK FOR B4 IT STARTED BREAKING DOWN AND LOOSING ALL THE FOOD I HAD TO THROW AWAY.

Our washer's door got stuck and we were unable to use it (on our laundry day, how lucky). Joseph from AAA was dispatched to our house same-day. He showed incredible technical knowledge about our particular washer model (which was rather old, I must add) and replaced the parts that were broken which caused the door to get stuck. We had him come a second time for some maintenance work on it which was long overdue. Apparently our washer required some very expensive parts given it was old and that increased our overall bill, but labor fees were very reasonable. Overall very happy.

I called and they gave me a two hour window with a start time that was only three hours away, which was great. Two hours later they called to ask if they could come earlier than planned - even better! Jospeh, the senior technician of the pair that arrived, diagnosed the problem almost immediately. He disassembled the relevant part of the fridge to get at the faulty component. My luck continued, because they had a replacement for it in his truck. He was able to replace it, put the fridge back together and test that everything worked without any difficulties. I appreciated that throughout he explained what each part did, answered all of my questions, ripped apart the faulty component (with my permission, and only after putting the new one in) to confirm his diagnosis, and, when the final testing didn't go exactly as expected, summarized other potential problems that could have caused the quirk and told me what to watch for over the next couple of days and to call if I saw anything. It has now been five days and everything is running smoothly.

I woke up to a refrigerator that had a rising inner temperature and sheets of frozen dripping ice in the freezer. It was 2 weeks since GE had sent a service person to fix the intermittent problem. My frig is just over five years old. I called GE Service for a return call. Their first time visit didn't find the problem. Two weeks later I was under threat of losing everything in my refrigerator. I called GE for a return visit to fix the problem I had originally paid to have fixed. They said I had to wait for five days for a return visit. They couldn't tell me at what temperature my food would become unsafe to eat. I called Angie and was given 5 companies in my area with weekend hours. I called the first number. Lucky for me, Michael of AAA Your Local Appliance Repair answered the phone and within the hour on a Saturday afternoon, Joseph arrived. A pleasant, intelligent, professional person, who looked into what was happening; diagnosed the problem; explained in layman's terms what was wrong; what needed to be done; how much it would cost; if it was better to repair or replace the refrigerator; and he had the part in the truck. He did the work and cleaned up afterward. I was told what to look for in the coming weeks. If all is well, I should be good to go. Thank you. Thank you Angie's List and the great woman on the phone who gave me the help and lead I needed.

Oleg came on time and checked out the dishwasher and told us it needed to be serviced. He showed us the filter that hadn't been cleaned ever! He explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. It was a reasonable price and we used one of the coupons available on Angie's List. He was speedy and very professional. Just a very good experience overall!

We contacted the company and they answered the phone immediately. They asked if we wanted a same day appointment or a next day appointment. I requested next day service. They said they would come between 9 am-12 pm on Sat. They called at 9 am and arrived approximately 20 minutes later. He had the part he needed to repair our washer, and completed the job in about 30-40 minutes. We were very happy with the job and with Joseph! Excellent job and we will call them again and refer ABC to our friends and family.

We were glad that he came and, if any future problems arise with our appliances, we would call him again.

Went well. Needed new motor part.

Oleg was the technician that came out. He changed a bulb in the refrigerator that he claimed was burned out even though it wasn't and I never requested be changed. He changed out my nicer bulb for a cheaper, faulty version. He also left the door open even though I told him to close it and flies got into my house. He refused to do the cleanup behind the refrigerator stating that it was the company's policy that they do not have to clean. Very poor customer service skills and no respect for the property of others.

The technician arrived a little later that the time of the appointment, But I understand the traffic can be unpredictable. He did a very good professional work, explained everything, and answered all my questions. I am very happy with the service. Thank you.

Apparently there was a misunderstanding on Angie's List. I understood that for $25, AAA would make a house call to evaluate the problem and give an estimate to repair. Accordingly I paid $25 via Angie's List . I gave a bad review when AAA did not make a house call but only responded by phone. But AAA has made it right by refunding the $25 along with a personal letter.

Boris was the service technician and did a great job of explaining everything and repairing it.

Billy was fantastic. Super friendly, courteous, fast and did a great job. We will certainly use them again for all our appliance repair needs!

They came and fixed our refrigerator that has been giving us problems. Thankfully these guys know what they are doing great job never ran into any problems.

Joseph the mechanic did a great job unplugging the badly-designed Frigidaire washer that came with the house we just bought. I couldn't have done it myself because the manufacturer made it impossible to do so. I had thought that I'd have to buy a new machine but it works fine now. Joseph was on time, professional, pleasant to be around, explained to me what he was doing as he did it. I split with him the two bucks in change that came out of the drain (after washing it, if course) along with a bunch of other nasty stuff from the previous owners. I would call him again in a minute.

They were able to come out before the Fourth of July Holiday. Very professional and fixed the dishwasher that day. I would highly recommend this company.

Great. In fact, better than great. Joseph explained everything to me while he did the work. He is extremely intelligent and really cares about doing a good job. He is a gem. I feel so fortunate to have found him. He is going to restore our old but wonderful Viking stove. I would say he is one of the most conscientious repairmen we've had working at our house, after 25 years of living here. I whole-heartedly recommend!
