Description of Work: Repaired Refrigerator/Freezer with new start control unit. I called and they had the technician, Billy, to my house and the repair done in less than four hours. Billy was very professional. Initially called the Sears repair number on the sticker in the fridge and they could not have anyone out for 4 days. Will definitely use them in the future. Service call price was lower, (included in total if they repair), parts and labor comparable with the Angie's discount. It's been 2 weeks and working great.

Description of Work: Great responsive, professional service. They gave me a small 2 hour "window", instead of expecting me to wait here for 1/2 day, and showed up right on time. The service person himself, Billy Goldstein, repaired our very old washing machine and customized a "fix" for the door latch instead of having replacing the entire lid which would have been expensive. Will definitely call them again.

Description of Work: The work was not done. I called them out because I was having refrigerator problems. Boris came into the house , opened the reforged, and immediately said you need to replace the computer on the refrigerator. I asked how in less than 1 minute how he knew this and I was told because I am a technician. Then he called about the part and the price. After a long back and forth in Russian to whomever....he told us the part was not available. He changed his price several times during the discussion. I asked what was the price of the part and he said he didn't know. I then asked so how do you know the price of the repair. He said the price is $475. Then he asked for a deposit for the part. I told him not until I get a proper price. Another phone call. Then I was told no we need a deposit. I told him no thank you and paid for the service call. I told him to leave my house. He argued with me a little then left. I got 2 phone calls on my machine later that day that the part was now available when can we come. This was a rip off. I feel I should get my $45 back since his assessment took one minute and no tests were done. PS I hired someone else who did the job for about $200 less. I would not use this company or ever let Boris in my house again. A very unhappy customer

I was afraid that we would have to replace the mother board but the repair man was able to reboot the computer and my fridge is as good as new. Description of Work: Called and was greeted by a nice gentleman. Cost $45 for someone to come out, which goes towards fixing cost. Had someone come out and look at our refrigerator within 2 hours. Repair technician came out and diagnosed the problem right away - very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, our fridge has to be replaced with a new one. But what I did like was that someone came out the very same day I called - very punctual. Great service, would recommend and use again.
