Technicians undergo a thorough application process before being accepted here to make sure we are sending the friendliest, most professional person to your home or business to do the job! Description of Work: Pros: technician (Boris) very knowledgeable about old refrigerators. diagnosed a problem with the power board and changed it. told me that if the power board was not the problem then the refrigerator could not be fixed for a reasonable price. I felt well informed about his work. |cons: the company name/address on the invoice does not match the one on angie's list (close but not the same).

Description of Work: The technician removed the trash compactor drawer to determine why it was stuck and non functional. Apparently when the t c was installed, brackets were not put in to attach it to the counter, causing the drawer to move around and eventually get stuck. He ordered the brackets and returned the next day to install them. Everything was done professionally and efficiently. I was just surprised that it cost so much....

Description of Work: We had to call three times in a matter of a couple months to get someone out to do the work. It is possible that it wasn't even a company that was not offering the deal that finally came to repair our drier. My husband was told that the part was only around $20.00 yet we were charged $250.00 for a 15-20 minute job.
