Description of Work: Boris arrived on time and prepared. he was an older gentleman and very experienced. It took him 15 minutes to diagnose the problem as the pump. He showed me how the pump had rusted out and gave me a price. We discussed the pros and cons of repairing the machine vs purchasing a new one so that I could make an educated decision. After he installed the new pump, he stayed until we ran a load of towels to make sure that nothing else was wrong. I feel that he was fair, honest and responsible, willing to back his work up.

Description of Work: The frig wasn't keeping anything cold and they replaced the defrost heaters and other things in our 31 year old frig. It took a while as they had to remove built up frost, they were here for several hours. It works perfectly now and we are very satisfied.

Description of Work: The refrigerator ice maker was not allowing the ice cubes to come out from the door. AAA tech. adjusted the ice drawer, took the small motor out and then ordered a new ice drawer and placed the motor back into it's position. He was here 2 times.
