It went well; timely; explained everything but not sure of the cost; we discussed the replacement of the door module and decided it was not worth it

Great service. Biggest complaint is price. Charged $350, which included $170 for the water valve. I later looked up the part online, IT WAS A $35 PART. Outrageous.

I was very thankful to reach out at 7:45 am and have someone here by 9:00 am! And, boy, having wet clothes from the weekend sitting around that was a big thing to me. Very professional, easy to understand. I appreciated his honest opinion of whether or not the washing machine was worthwhile to invest the money in fixing with expensive parts. I have added them to my favorites on Angie's List and will definitely call them 1st thing Thank you to AAA Your Local Appliance Repair.

As someone who can and does do many things myself, while I can't always take care of things in a timely manner, when I need someone to help, I at least expect to be treated fairly. I understand that this is a business but at the end of the service visit I felt like I had been taken advantage of. I know that more than half of the value in a repair service call is finding out what is wrong. The other half-or so is the labor and parts. That being said, the technician was communicative before coming, timely, and polite. By the time I arrived at the house, the tech had already found the problem and gave me a price to repair it. Now having a washing machine not working with kids at home is thing to address quickly and I didn't want to mess around. I was quoted $300 for the part and $200 for the service call less the $80 credit from Angie's promotion. So my total came out to $420 plus $40 (for the Angie's List $80 visit coupon) = $460. He was there less than an hour. I found out shortly later that the part on Amazon was $80. So basically I paid $420 for the 1-hour service call. He came from 5 miles away so including travel time, I was paying something like $305/hour. I did not feel good after this. Its too bad also since this kid was great in every other aspect, I can not recommend this team to anyone for fear of price gouging.

They come out in like an hour. He was wonderful and personable. He said that part was used and he fixed it. I would use him again. I am very happy with the service.

It was great! Called at 9 this morning, had Oleg out to my house at 6 the same night. Oleg was a great guy, really friendly. Told him the problem and got right to work. Tested everything and calibrated the oven temperature and got it match dead on (something it hasn't done in years) and left the area cleaner than he found it. If I ever have another appliance repair need, definitely calling them back!!

We of course will not know until we run the dishwasher, but we are confident that he found the repaired the problem. They came within 24 hours for both calls.

I spent 30 bucks on Angie's list to get 80 dollars worth of service. I figured that is all that it would cost just for him to tell me if it could be fixed or not. Then he charges me ANOTHER 150 bucks and then tells me it can't be fixed. So basically I spent 180 dollars just to be told it couldn't be fixed! I could have gotten a used wash machine for the cost of him telling me it wouldn't be worth fixing. What a rip off!

A little late on arriving and always seemed a little lost in where he placed his tools but he did a great job on the oven replaced the igniter on the oven and now it works real good again my wife was getting frustrated that she couldn't use the oven thanks to these guys she could now.

The repair guy was named Joseph and he was very helpful and honest. Their price was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to others. He even recommended that we just buy a new dryer instead of fixing this but we just decided to repair it. I also used a coupon we found on Angie's list for $30 toward a $80 repair and it was very helpful.

We totally lucked out getting an excellent service person as Joseph. We had initially called for service on our Viking refrigerator water dispenser. This water dispenser has caused us nothing but trouble since it came with this refrigerator and this house. Joseph explained clearly and very informatively about Viking appliances and especially the repair-prone water dispensers. So in order to fix the broken water line, it would require a great deal of work and effort and especially money. We decided on just not having a water dispenser. So as Joseph was leaving, I mentioned that the temperature of the freezer was not cold enough. Joseph immediately identified the culprit. The condenser was literally packed with dust and needed cleaning or the refrigerator would be no more. So besides cleaning the condenser, Joseph told us lots of really good information about the Viking appliances and how things work. When we need any other appliance repairs, we are requesting Joseph!

I contacted AAA for a problem reported by my tenant and provided the address and contact for the tenant as well. Within the hour a technician called me from the location with clear details on the problem and a cost estimate. Work was performed by the technician after my approval and I received the invoice and my tenant's 'Thank You' note within the hour. Even though I never met the technician or anyone from AAA the work and transaction was smooth and the washer is now in working condition.

Came on time to replace the ice maker that was giving us some trouble. The guy was good did what was ask for didn't give us any problems.

I had purchased an Angie's List Deal for this company and although I did not mean to, I had waited until the deal had almost expired before calling for my appointment. Not only over the phone was everyone so polite from this company but through the messages on Angie's list and then in person too. They took the time to listen and then took the time to really discuss what solution would work best for our household and we are now back with a working oven. They are super nice and super punctual and gave me a next day appointment when I called yesterday even though I am the one who waited so long to call to use my deal. My Angie's Deal purchase was also credited towards the work that needed to be done which was extremely helpful as well. I highly recommend for two reasons, they are fast and good at what they do but they also seem to enjoy what they do and are an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you so much again for fixing our oven today! It was great working with you guys! I thought I had posted this review last week but it does not seem to be showing so I'm posting it again as this company stood out to me because they made you feel like they were happy to have you as a customer. Almost like a nice small town feel in the big Los Angeles area and I love that!

Determined problem with appliance, gave me a quote, fixed refrigerator without problem.

I was very happy with this provider's service because they're honest. I called them because of an Angie's List discount deal. The same problem happened to my dryer about six months earlier, and I called another company that I did not find on Angie's List (we had that phone number from a long time ago). At the time, the guy from that other company just came over and said I needed a new part which he named, and I said go ahead. The charge was very high, well over $200. When the same problem happened again and AAA Your Local Appliance Repair fixed it, the tech told me that the other guy had probably just ADJUSTED something, yet he charged me for a whole new part (which he obviously had not put in, because he didn't put in a new start button). I will call AAA Your Local Appliance Repair in the future if I need any more appliance repairs.

They came, they noted the fridgerator was not working and that we would need quite a bit of work to understand how to fix based on what was broken. So, rather than fix, we bought new. I do not blame the service from AAA Your Local Appliance Repair as he was just telling us the truth. It would not be easy to tell us what was wrong, without a large cost to verify.

Absolutely the best service we have ever had. We had bought a homeowners warranty with another company and the service man they sent out, took apart the washing machine and said there was nothing wrong with it. When the water still leaked and rose dangerously so as to likely cause a flood, we called Angie's List for the first time today and this wonderful AAA company sent someone out within an hour! The repair man, JOSEPH, found the 'broken pipe' within 2 minutes! He had a replacement pipe in his car. All fixed in minutes! He found the thermostat broken in the dryer - fixed in no time at all! We are so impressed. This is the BEST company. Don't bother to look anywhere else. We will use them again.

If you want to use a service that recommends equipment you don't need, fails to honor the Angie List coupons they advertise and then attempts to influence your review by offering partial credit for their excessive fees please use this service. If you want an equitable, trustworthy service that will not charge you for parts you don't need then go elsewhere. I had a leak from my frig and was told it was due to a faulty water valve ($285 cost to replace a $30 part). The tech replaced the valve and the frig still leaked. He replaced the waterline thereafter and repaired the leak so why charge for a water valve that worked. He then stated that the line went bad because the main computer board was bad ($315) repair. After having the board checked out ( I kept the part because every fuse and circuit looked good) found out that it functioned perfectly electrically. Also noted that the tech did not take off the $80 fee from the Angie's list coupon I purchased for the visit. $680 fee for the replacement of a frig line. Stick with SEARS if you value your time and money. This company certainly does not and should be banned from advertising their services on Angie's List.

They responded quickly and fixed my problem. Definitely on the expensive side.

He was an older man and so funny. He plays his music and very thorough and nice. The price was not as much as we thought it would be.
